屋内と線路側の区画を選ぶ
駐車場は1階42台、2階128台、1階南線路側52台の構成です。屋内だけの170台とは別に線路側区画を含めた合計が222台になります。高さ制限は1階3.3m、2階2.3mで、大きな車は利用階の条件を見て選べます。障がい者用のスペースは2台分です。沼津駅北口側の施設なので、駅で降りる同行者との合流や、北側のホテルで過ごす前後の食事にも位置を合わせやすくなっています。
40分単位と平日12時間上限
通常料金は40分200円です。80分400円、120分600円、160分800円となり、平日の駐車後12時間ごと最大900円が長時間利用の目安です。土日祝の日中へこの900円上限を広げることはできません。夜は21時～翌8時の間が平日・土日祝とも最大500円で、24時間500円という設定ではありません。食事だけの短い駐車か、駅周辺で数時間過ごすかを決めて料金を比較できます。

駐車サービス券はショップごとに発行する方式で、すべての利用で一律無料にはなりません。食事や映画など目的の店の条件で利用できます。館内の営業時間も店によって異なります。駅からの段差の少ない経路は施設のバリアフリールート案内があり、車椅子は1台貸出、ベビーカーや子ども乗せカートの貸出はありません。車を降りて館内へ向かうときの移動条件も含めて、同伴者に合う利用を選べます。
北口へのアクセスと二輪・荷物
所在地は大手町1-1-5で、沼津ICから車約20分です。自転車置場は線路側西に55台、バイクは屋内1階奥に20台あり、四輪の台数と分けて案内しています。1階屋外のローソン側入口脇にはコインロッカーがあり、小300円・中400円・大500円、0時に日数が切り替わります。駅周辺を徒歩で動く場合、車内に戻る前の荷物整理にも使えます。駐車の上限時間とロッカーの日付更新は別の扱いです。

Indoor levels and railway-side spaces
The layout comprises 42 spaces on level 1, 128 on level 2 and 52 on the south railway side. Thus 170 refers to the two indoor levels, while 222 includes the additional railway-side section. Height limits are 3.3 m on level 1 and 2.3 m on level 2; select the level accordingly for a taller vehicle. Two accessible spaces are provided. The north-exit location is useful for meeting rail passengers or combining a meal with time at a nearby hotel.
Forty-minute units and the weekday cap
The ordinary rate is ¥200 per 40 minutes: 80 minutes cost ¥400, 120 cost ¥600 and 160 cost ¥800. On weekdays, a maximum of ¥900 applies per 12 hours after parking, providing a reference for longer use. That daytime cap does not extend to weekends or holidays. The separate ¥500 night maximum covers 21:00–08:00 every day; it is not a 24-hour ¥500 offer. Compare the charge for a short meal stop with that for several hours around the station.
Shop-specific validation and centre facilities
Parking-service tickets are issued by individual shops, rather than granting a universal free period for every visit. Apply the conditions of the restaurant, cinema or other tenant you use. Tenant opening times also vary. The centre provides a barrier-free route guide from the station and one wheelchair for loan, but does not lend pushchairs or child-seated carts. Consider movement after leaving the car as well as the parking charge when planning a visit with companions who need a particular access arrangement.
North-exit access, two-wheelers and luggage
The address is 1-1-5 Otemachi, about 20 minutes by car from Numazu Interchange. Bicycle parking has 55 spaces on the west railway side; motorcycles have 20 spaces at the rear of indoor level 1, separate from the car-space total. Coin lockers by the outdoor Lawson-side entrance cost ¥300, ¥400 or ¥500 for small, medium or large sizes, with a new day charged at midnight. They can help with luggage during station-area walks, but their midnight reset is separate from parking-cap periods.
