沼津みなと新鮮館の駐車場は、館内で買い物や食事をする人向けの無料駐車です。普通車の店舗利用と、事前予約が必要な観光バスでは利用方法が異なります。港周辺を長く巡るための一般駐車場とは区別し、新鮮館の営業日と利用する店舗に合わせて立ち寄れます。

店舗利用者用の駐車として使う
新鮮館の駐車場は、ショッピングモール店舗を利用する客が対象です。駐車は無料ですが、港一帯の観光のため車を長時間置く用途とは分けて使います。館内で土産を買う、食堂で食事するなど、利用目的に合わせて停められます。周辺には時間貸しの立体駐車場や民間駐車場もあるので、展望水門や別の施設へ広く歩く日は一般駐車を選ぶ方法もあります。施設利用と無料駐車の関係を基準に選べます。
営業日と館内の買い物・食事
館の案内は9～17時を基本とし、閉店時間は店舗ごとに違います。原則第2・第4火曜が休館で、2026年10月は13日・27日、11月は10日・24日です。海産物、干物、お茶、わさび、甘味などの店が入り、食事と土産選びを同じ場所で組み合わせられます。無料駐車を目的に休館日の利用を組まず、訪れる店の営業と合わせて立ち寄ります。館内の食堂も終日同じ時間ではありません。
バス2台は事前FAXで予約
観光バスは2台分で、利用時間9時30分～16時30分、1台最大2時間まで2,000円です。予約票を印刷してFAXし、受付確認後の返信で手続きを進めます。館内店舗を予約して利用する場合は、その店舗経由でバス予約を行うと無料の条件があります。新鮮館受付へ直接FAXした場合は割引なしの2,000円です。店舗利用の予約とバス区画予約を一緒に手配し、ただ来館するだけで無料とは扱いません。
港への経路と団体の回送
新鮮館は千本港町128-1、沼津駅からバス約10分、沼津ICから車約25分です。普通車の利用場所とバス専用スペースを分けて進入します。バスが3台以上になる場合は、3台目以降を沼津魚仲買商協同組合の駐車場へ回送する案内があるため、団体は食事と車両の待機場所を先に決められます。港は歩いて複数の店を巡る人も多い場所です。買い物後に車へ戻る行程と、次の施設への移動をまとめて計画できます。

Shinsenkan’s car parking is free for people shopping or eating in the building. Ordinary customer parking and advance-booked coach visits follow different arrangements. Distinguish it from general parking for a long circuit of the port, and fit the stop to Shinsenkan’s opening day and the particular shop or restaurant being used.

Use the spaces for a Shinsenkan visit
The spaces serve customers using shops in the Shinsenkan shopping building. Parking is free for that visit, rather than a place to leave the car for an extended tour of the whole port. Use it when buying local products or eating at one of its restaurants. Nearby paid structures and private car parks provide another option for a wider walk covering the water gate and other attractions. Choose according to the purpose of the stop, keeping the link between free parking and use of the building’s businesses clear.
Opening days, shopping and meals
The building’s general guide gives 09:00–17:00, with individual shops closing at different times. Regular closures are the second and fourth Tuesdays: October 13 and 27, and November 10 and 24 in 2026. Businesses offer seafood, dried fish, tea, wasabi and sweets, combining food and souvenir shopping in one stop. Match parking to an actual shop visit rather than planning a free-parking stop on a closed day. Restaurant hours also vary and should not be assumed to span every hour the building is open.
Reserve the two coach spaces by fax
Two coach spaces operate 09:30–16:30 at ¥2,000 per vehicle for a maximum two-hour stay. Print and fax the booking form, then follow the returned confirmation. When a group reserves and uses a shop in the building, a free arrangement applies if the coach booking is made through that shop. Sending the fax directly to Shinsenkan reception instead incurs the full ¥2,000 charge. Arrange the business visit and coach space together; arrival at the building alone does not qualify a coach for free parking.
Port access and coach overflow
Shinsenkan is at 128-1 Senbonminatocho, about ten minutes by bus from Numazu Station or 25 minutes by car from Numazu Interchange. Keep ordinary customer parking and coach-only spaces separate when approaching. Groups arriving in three or more coaches are directed to move the additional vehicles to the Numazu Fish Wholesalers’ Cooperative parking area, so arrange vehicle waiting and the group meal together in advance. Many visitors walk between port businesses. Plan the return to the car after shopping and the drive to the next destination as part of the same route.
