くるら戸田の駐車場は、西伊豆の海岸と山道を走る途中で休憩できる道の駅の施設です。車を止める場所と屋外トイレは24時間使えますが、売店、食事、温泉はそれぞれ営業時間があります。疲れを取る短い休憩を中心に利用し、併設温泉を加えるときは10月のメンテナンス日にも合わせられます。

24時間の休憩と駐車のルール
施設の駐車場は24時間無料の休憩用で、運転の疲れを取るため車内で仮眠できます。ただし、テントの設営、バーベキューなどのキャンプ行為、アイドリング、音の出る機器の使用は禁止です。限られたスペースを共有するため長時間の滞在も控えます。宿泊キャンプ場として予約して使う施設ではありません。戸田を巡る途中の休憩に、屋外トイレや館内が開いている時間の買い物を組み合わせられます。
ロビー・軽食・展示の時間
交流ロビーは8時30分～22時、売店・軽食は10～18時でLO17時30分、歴史文化情報展示室は9～21時です。駐車場や屋外トイレの24時間利用とは別です。戸田の土産や食事を選び、地域の歴史展示を見る休憩にできます。交流ロビーで休み、展示を見てから出発する短い立寄りにも使えます。食事や買い物を目的にする場合は18時まで、夜は使える施設の時間に合わせて到着を計画できます。
温泉料金と10月26・27日の休業
壱の湯は通常10～21時、最終受付20時30分。2026年10月1日から大人中学生以上700円、小学生350円、未就学児無料です。足湯は無料で10～18時、冬季17時まで。10月26・27日は温泉を終日休業し、26日は18時で全館閉館します。27日は温泉以外は通常営業、28日10時から温泉再開予定です。温泉の休業を駐車場の全面閉鎖とはせず、休憩と入浴を分けて計画できます。
戸田への到着と次の移動
所在地は戸田1294-3で、修善寺方面から県道18号で戸田へ下る経路にあります。路線バスは修善寺駅から戸田方面へ利用でき、沼津方面からは江梨と戸田を結ぶ予約制の乗合タクシーふじみgo!を組み合わせる方法もあります。車で休憩した後は、戸田の港や御浜岬へ向かう行程にできます。海岸沿いと山越えでは道筋が違うため、次に向かう施設を決め、休憩後の運転時間も含めて予定を組めます。

Kurura Heda’s parking area serves a roadside station for breaks between western Izu’s coastal and mountain roads. Parking and outdoor toilets are available around the clock, while shops, food and hot-spring bathing have separate opening hours. Use it primarily for a rest stop, adding a bath when the timetable—and the October maintenance dates—fits the journey.

Round-the-clock rest and parking rules
The free parking area is available 24 hours for rest, including a nap in the vehicle to recover from driving fatigue. Tents, barbecues and other camping activities are prohibited, as are idling and noisy equipment. Avoid long stays so the limited spaces remain available to other drivers. This is not a reservable overnight campsite. Use it as a break during a Heda journey, combining outdoor toilets with shopping or other services when the building is open.
Lobby, food and exhibition hours
The exchange lobby opens 08:30–22:00, shops and light meals 10:00–18:00 with last orders at 17:30, and the history/culture exhibition room 09:00–21:00. These are separate from the parking and outdoor toilets’ 24-hour availability. A break can include local products, food and a look at Heda’s history, or simply a rest in the lobby followed by the exhibits before departure. Aim to arrive before 18:00 for shopping or a meal, choosing other services according to their individual evening hours.
Bath charges and October maintenance
Ichinoyu normally operates 10:00–21:00, last admission 20:30. From October 1, 2026, admission is ¥700 from junior-high age, ¥350 for elementary pupils and free for preschool children. The free footbath runs 10:00–18:00, ending at 17:00 in winter. Baths close all day October 26–27; on October 26 the building also closes at 18:00. Other facilities operate normally on October 27, with bathing scheduled to resume October 28 at 10:00. Treat the bath closure separately from parking availability.
Arriving in Heda and continuing the route
The station is at 1294-3 Heda, on the approach descending prefectural Route 18 from Shuzenji. Public buses connect the Shuzenji area with Heda. Another approach from Numazu combines the Enashi bus route with the reservation-based Fujimi Go shared taxi between Enashi and Heda. After a driving break, continue to Heda harbour or Mihama Cape. Coastal and mountain approaches follow different roads, so identify the next destination and include the remaining driving time rather than treating this rest stop as the end of the journey.
