新高岡駅立体駐車場は、新幹線や城端線の駅へ車で到着する時の市営Pです。駐車券の認証を受ける新幹線割引と、県外在住者向けの専用予約枠があります。近隣の短時間北Pや民間Pとは料金・割引が異なり、旅の日数と使う区画に合わせて選べます。

駅横の立体Pと483台の区画
下黒田3001の市営立体駐車場で、入出庫は24時間です。普通・準中型自動車483台に車いす専用8台を含み、別に二輪10台があります。近隣の第1～3Pや南P、短時間北Pは別の施設です。市はリアルタイムの満空情報を案内し、満車時は高岡駅側の中央Pと公共交通で新高岡へ移動する方法も用意しています。
30分無料と12・24時間の上限
普通車は最初30分無料、以後30分ごと100円で、入場から12時間まで最大500円です。12時間を超えて24時間以内は600円、以降は24時間ごと600円。通常の48時間は1,200円、72時間は1,800円です。駅前北の短時間Pは24時間1,200円の別料金で、こちらの立体Pの上限とは異なります。
新幹線の認証と手帳割引
新幹線改札を入った右側の認証機へ駐車券を通します。乗車前・降車後のどちらでもよく、24時間を超える長時間利用は総額600円割引、48時間600円、72時間1,200円です。障がいのある方は専用区画へ駐車し、手帳と駐車券を管理室へ7～23時に提示すると普通料金2割引。新幹線との割引併用はできません。
県外予約とキャッシュレス精算
一般区画は原則予約不可ですが、県外在住者向けには立体P横の専用スペースがあります。利用1か月前から前日まで、10～18時に電話0766-50-9838で予約し、当日は立体P管理室へ申し出ます。通常と同じ駐車料金です。クレジット、電子マネー、QR決済に対応し、交通系ICのチャージや現金との併用はできません。
高岡市内で組み合わせる訪問先
福岡町のカメラ館とフェルヴェールを組み合わせる場合、見学後の食事にも移動時間を取れます。マンテンホテルは高岡駅側、新高岡駅立体Pは新幹線駅側にあり、両駅間は鉄道などで移動します。カメラ館の月曜休館と16時30分最終入館、レストランの火曜休み、列車の予定をそろえ、町内と駅周辺をつなげられます。

Station parking and the current capacity
At 3001 Shimokuroda, the municipal multi-storey allows twenty-four-hour entry/exit. Its four hundred eighty-three car/light-truck spaces include eight accessible, with ten motorcycle spaces separately. Nearby numbered, South and short-stay North lots are distinct. City occupancy information helps check availability; when full, Central parking by Takaoka Station provides an alternative with public transport to Shin-Takaoka.
Thirty free minutes and twelve- and twenty-four-hour caps
Cars receive thirty free minutes, then pay ¥100 per thirty minutes, capped at ¥500 through twelve hours after entry. Stays over twelve hours through twenty-four hours cost ¥600, with ¥600 for each subsequent twenty-four hours. Normal forty-eight/seventy-two-hour totals are ¥1,200/¥1,800. The separate short-stay North lot has a different ¥1,200 daily cap.
Shinkansen validation and disability discounts
Pass the parking ticket through the machine on the right inside the Shinkansen gates, either before boarding or after arrival. Stays longer than twenty-four hours receive a ¥600 reduction, yielding ¥600 for forty-eight hours or ¥1,200 for seventy-two. Eligible disabled visitors using designated spaces can present their certificate and ticket at the office 7:00–23:00 for twenty percent off normal charges. It cannot be combined with the rail discount.
Non-resident bookings and cashless payment
General spaces are normally unreserved, but out-of-prefecture residents can book designated spaces beside the structure. Phone 0766-50-9838 between 10:00 and 18:00, from one month ahead until the previous day, then report to the office on arrival. Normal charges apply. Cards, electronic money and QR payment are supported; transit-card top-ups and split cash/cashless payment are unavailable.
Other stops to combine within Takaoka
Allow travel between the Fukuoka camera museum and Ferver when combining a visit and meal. Manten is by Takaoka Station, while Shin-Takaoka parking serves the Shinkansen station, with a rail or other transfer between them. Match the museum’s Monday closure/16:30 last entry, the restaurant’s Tuesday closure and trains when linking Fukuoka-machi with the station areas.
