道の駅雨晴の駐車場は、海越しの立山連峰や女岩を眺める時の車の到着場所です。東西のPと混雑時の別区画を使い、道の駅のデッキや海岸へ歩いて向かえます。普通車、バス、EV、二輪で利用区画が分かれ、カフェや店の営業時間と屋外設備の開放時間も異なります。

東西のPから海岸を眺める
国道415号沿いの道の駅にあり、通常の区画は小型34台、大型4台、身障者用1台です。海岸側の眺めや建物への入口に合わせ、東西に分かれた区画から歩けます。海岸へ降りる経路には踏切や階段があり、道の駅の展望デッキからも女岩や海、条件の良い日の立山連峰を眺められます。
混雑時の第二・臨時駐車場
晴れた週末などは満車になりやすく、近隣の第二Pと臨時Pを使う案内があります。臨時Pは道の駅から雨晴駅側へ約200mの場所です。運営者は東西のPをライブカメラで案内し、状況を見てから到着する方法もあります。周辺の生活道路への路上駐車はできず、指定された区画から海へ歩きます。
EV、バスと二輪の使い分け
急速充電器の区画は充電専用で、充電しない車は使えません。東側のバス区画は営業時間内、バスと納品業者専用です。東Pには二輪専用区画もあり、乗用車枠へ複数の二輪をまとめて停める従来の方法も案内されています。車種に応じた枠を選ぶことで、充電や納品車の動線を確保できます。
24時間の設備と店の営業
トイレ、1階情報発信コーナー、2・3階の展望デッキは24時間開放です。カフェやショップは別の営業時間となり、早朝の眺望と買物では滞在する時間が異なります。道の駅の対岸へ歩く時は車を適切な区画へ置き、暗い時間や雨天は踏切や階段を含む徒歩の行程を取れます。
高岡市内で組み合わせる訪問先
雨晴では海岸と道の駅の展望場所を歩き、磯はなびの温泉宿泊を組み合わせられます。海辺の眺望は天候次第で、宿の駅送迎は連絡制です。大野屋は市街地の山町筋にあり、手土産を買う場合は鉄道や車での移動を含めます。海岸Pの混雑と菓子店の19時終了、宿の食事時間を合わせて回れます。
The roadside station’s parking supports views of the Tateyama mountains across the sea and Onnaiwa rock. East/west lots and overflow areas lead on foot to decks and the shore. Cars, coaches, EVs and motorcycles use designated spaces; cafe/shop hours differ from the outdoor facilities’ availability.

East and west lots for coastal views
The roadside station on Route 415 has thirty-four small-vehicle, four large-vehicle and one accessible space in its regular parking. Walk from east or west areas to the building or shore. Beach approaches involve a railway crossing and steps, while the viewing decks also offer Onnaiwa, sea and weather-dependent mountain views.
Second and temporary lots when full
Sunny weekends can fill the regular lots; nearby second and temporary areas provide alternatives. The temporary lot is roughly two hundred metres towards Amaharashi Station. Operator webcams show conditions in the east/west lots. Roadside parking on surrounding residential routes is prohibited; walk to the coast from designated spaces.
EV, coach and motorcycle bays
Rapid-charging spaces are for charging vehicles only. East-side bus bays are reserved during business hours for buses and delivery vehicles. The east lot also has dedicated motorcycle parking; the operator continues to permit several motorcycles grouped in a car bay. Designated spaces maintain access for charging and deliveries.
Twenty-four-hour facilities and shop times
Toilets, the ground-floor information corner and second/third-floor viewing decks open twenty-four hours. Cafe and shop service follow separate hours, so dawn views and shopping involve different visits. Leave the car in a suitable bay before crossing towards the shore, allowing for railway crossings and steps in darkness or wet weather.
Other stops to combine within Takaoka
Amaharashi combines shore and roadside-station views with an Isohanabi stay. Views depend on weather and the inn’s station transfer requires contact. Ohnoya is in central Yamachosuji, requiring a railway or car journey for gifts. Coordinate coastal parking demand, the sweet shop’s 19:00 closing and meals at the inn.
