市営御旅屋駐車場は、御旅屋通りや中心商店街を歩く時に使える立体Pです。通常の無料時間と日中入庫の社会実験では条件が異なり、入庫時刻によって短時間利用の料金が変わります。長めの市街地散策には24時間上限があり、自転車へ乗り換える拠点にもなっています。

商店街に近い自走式の立体駐車場
御旅屋町1222-1の市営自走式立体Pで、24時間営業です。普通・準中型355台のうち車いす専用は7台。御旅屋通りの買物や中心部の街歩きに利用できます。大型バス1台と中型車1台の別区画があり、一般車とは料金の計算が異なります。精算は自動料金システムです。
日中入庫の2時間無料は期限付き
通常は60分無料、60分超～90分100円、その後30分ごと100円です。社会実験では2027年3月31日まで、8時30分～17時30分に入庫すると2時間無料になり、その後30分100円。入庫から24時間まで1,000円、以後24時間ごと1,000円上限です。無料対象は出庫時刻ではなく入庫する時間帯で決まります。
バスの日単位料金とキャッシュレス
大型車は入場した日の24時まで1,100円、翌日以降は1日ごと1,100円です。普通車の24時間単位とは異なり、日付が変わる行程では別の計算になります。大型車の専用区画は予約に対応。市営Pのキャッシュレス対象で、現金と組み合わせた支払い、交通系ICの販売やチャージはできません。
シェアサイクルで歩く範囲を広げる
駐車場にはHELLO CYCLINGの拠点があります。会員登録したアプリで解錠し、市内の利用可能な拠点へ返す方式で、24時間使えます。料金は30分300円、その後15分150円、12時間まで2,000円。金屋町や古城公園にも拠点があり、買物の後に自転車で街を巡る行程を組めます。
高岡市内で組み合わせる訪問先
高岡市美術館は越中中川駅近く、ニューオータニと御旅屋Pは中心市街地、柿の匠は大野にあります。展示、食事、宿泊を組み合わせる日は、それぞれへの移動を含めて予定を取れます。11月1日の美術館周辺交通規制と、海鮮店の昼14時の注文締切、駐車場の日中入庫割引を合わせて回れます。
Otaya parking supports walks along Otaya-dori and central shopping streets. The regular free period differs from the daytime-entry trial, making entry time relevant to short visits. A daily cap supports longer walks, while the shared-cycle station provides another way around the centre.

Self-drive parking for the shopping streets
This twenty-four-hour municipal self-drive structure is at 1222-1 Otaya-machi. Seven of its three hundred fifty-five car/light-truck spaces are accessible. It serves shopping and walks around Otaya-dori. Separate spaces accommodate one large coach and one medium vehicle, with different charging rules from cars. Payment uses automated machines.
Two free hours for daytime entry are temporary
Normally the first sixty minutes are free, sixty-to-ninety minutes costs ¥100, then ¥100 per thirty minutes. The trial through March 31, 2027 gives two free hours for entries between 8:30 and 17:30, then ¥100 per thirty minutes. The cap is ¥1,000 per twenty-four hours from entry. Trial eligibility follows entry time, not the time of exit.
Calendar-day coach charges and cashless payment
Large vehicles pay ¥1,100 until midnight on the entry date, then ¥1,100 per subsequent calendar day. This differs from cars’ rolling twenty-four-hour calculation. Dedicated large-vehicle spaces accept reservations. Cashless payment is supported, without split cash payment or transit-card sales/top-ups.
Extend the route with shared bicycles
A HELLO CYCLING station operates here twenty-four hours. Registered users unlock through the app and return to an available station. Charges are ¥300 for thirty minutes, then ¥150 per fifteen minutes, capped at ¥2,000 through twelve hours. Stations in Kanaya and Kojo Park allow a cycle route after shopping.
Other stops to combine within Takaoka
The art museum is near Etchu-Nakagawa, New Otani and Otaya parking in the city centre, and Kakinosyo in Ono. Allow travel between them when combining exhibition, meals and accommodation.
