能作本社工場は、高岡の鋳物づくりを、職人の現場と体験工房、ギャラリーや店で知る施設です。無料の見学と有料の製作体験では、実施日と予約枠が異なります。砂の鋳型を作り、スタッフが金属を流す工程を経て、自分の錫製品を持ち帰ることもできます。

鋳物づくりを間近で見る無料ツアー
ガイド付きの見学は約30分で、高岡銅器と能作の歴史や技術を聞き、工場を巡って質疑応答を行います。開始は11・13・14・15・16時。予約制ですが当日も空きがあれば参加できます。日祝と年末年始は休み、土曜は不定休で、整備などにより平日でも工場が稼働しない場合があります。ギャラリー「ものことこころ展」は10～18時に自由に見られます。
90分の器づくりと30分の箸置き
90分体験は10時30分・13時30分・15時30分開始、ぐい呑みや小鉢4,950円、小皿や箸置き2個組3,850円です。30分体験は13・15時開始、1個につき小学生550円・その他1,100円、1人2個まで。砂で鋳型を作り、鋳込みはスタッフが担当します。90分は仕上げの刻印もあり、完成品は当日持ち帰れます。
年齢、予約人数と当日の受付
90分コースは中学生以上が対象で、それより小さい子どもと参加する場合は大人が主に製作します。30分は小学生以上が対象、未就学児は1人につき保護者1人同伴。体験は年末年始以外実施し、予約10分前までに店で支払います。見学のオンライン申込みは1～10名、11名以上や直近2日以内は電話・メールで受付。団体定員18名で、19名以上は班分けを相談します。
工場への道と2026年秋のカフェ短縮
高岡砺波スマートICから車約5分、新高岡駅からタクシー約15分、高岡駅から約20分。無料Pは普通車32台・バス2台です。カフェは通常10～18時・注文17時30分までですが、2026年10月21日は15時終了・注文14時30分まで。22日からメニュー改定予定です。ペットは施設へ同伴できず、見学中の個人撮影は可能ですが商用利用はできません。
高岡市内で組み合わせる訪問先
能作はオフィスパーク、SEKAI HOTELは駅近く、クラフタンと山町筋Pは中心部の商家の町にあります。工場の予約見学や製作体験を終えて市街地へ移る場合は、車やバスの移動時間を含めます。昼の定食、18時で終わる観光P、夜の予約制の食事やホテル受付を合わせ、ものづくりと町並みを巡れます。
Nousaku’s headquarters introduces Takaoka metal casting through the working factory, hands-on lab, gallery and shop. Free tours and paid workshops have different operating days and reservations. Visitors can form a sand mould, watch staff pour the metal and take home their own tin object.

A free close-up tour of casting work
The roughly thirty-minute guided tour introduces Takaoka copperware and Nousaku’s history and techniques, followed by a factory visit and questions. Starts are 11:00, 13:00, 14:00, 15:00 and 16:00. Booking is required, though same-day participation is possible if spaces remain. Closed Sundays, holidays, New Year and some Saturdays; maintenance can also halt weekday production. The Monokoto Kokoro gallery is freely accessible 10:00–18:00.
Ninety-minute tableware or thirty-minute rests
Ninety-minute sessions start at 10:30, 13:30 and 15:30: sake cups or small bowls cost ¥4,950; small plates or a pair of chopstick rests ¥3,850. Thirty-minute sessions start at 13:00 and 15:00, costing ¥550 per item for primary pupils or ¥1,100 for others, up to two items each. Participants make sand moulds, while staff pour the metal. The longer course includes finishing stamps; completed objects can be taken home that day.
Ages, group sizes and workshop check-in
The ninety-minute course is intended for junior-high ages and older; adults do most of the work when younger children join them. Thirty-minute sessions target primary ages and older; each preschool child needs one accompanying guardian. Workshops run except over New Year; pay at the shop at least ten minutes before the booking. Online factory-tour bookings cover one to ten people. Groups of eleven-plus or bookings within two days use phone/email. Group capacity is eighteen; larger groups arrange alternating sections.
Reaching the factory and autumn cafe changes
Drive about five minutes from Takaoka-Tonami Smart Interchange, or take a taxi about fifteen minutes from Shin-Takaoka or twenty from Takaoka Station. Free parking accommodates thirty-two cars and two coaches. The cafe normally opens 10:00–18:00, last orders 17:30; on October 21, 2026 it closes at 15:00, last orders 14:30, ahead of an October 22 menu revision. Pets cannot enter. Personal photography during tours is permitted, commercial use is not.
Other stops to combine within Takaoka
Nousaku is in Office Park, SEKAI HOTEL near the station, and Craftan/Yamachosuji parking in the merchant-town centre. Include car or bus travel when moving from booked tours or workshops to the city. Coordinate lunch sets, tourism parking’s 18:00 closure, reserved dinner and hotel reception when combining making and townscape visits.
