客室の向きと犬同伴専用室を選ぶ

客室は函館山側または函館駅のある市街地側に向き、オーシャンビューの客室はありません。全室禁煙で、喫煙ブースは1・2階にあります。犬と泊まる場合はドッグラバーズまたはデラックスドッグラバーズが対象で、ペット同伴宿泊滞在同意書が必要です。未就学児の添い寝は無料ですが、館内着・スリッパ・アメニティ一式を使う場合は別途2,200円となるため、寝具と備品の条件を分けて選べます。

14階の温泉から15階の天空露天風呂へ

14階のスパ・ステラと15階の天空露天風呂ステラデッキは、いずれも5時30分～翌0時30分に利用できます。函館山や街の景色を眺めながら、夕方と朝で異なる雰囲気を楽しめます。夜通し営業ではないため、深夜に戻る日は終了時刻を意識した予定にします。14階の湯上がり処は18～23時で、飲み物や軽食を扱っています。日帰り利用の実施日は、宿泊の入浴時間とは別に設けられています。

朝食ビュッフェと予約制の囲炉裏朝食

2階のユーヨーテラス函館は6時30分～11時、最終入場10時30分の朝食ビュッフェです。野菜や玄米、北海道の食材を取り入れた料理を楽しめます。別の「北乃路」の囲炉裏朝食は完全予約制で1日50名限定、6時30分～10時、最終入場9時です。食事形式と時間が異なるので、予約時に朝食の種類を選びます。チェックアウト11時までの朝を、食事と温泉のどちらに長く使うかで組み立てられます。

1,000円の駐車と駅からの徒歩移動

大手町22-13で、函館駅から徒歩5分、朝市2分、金森赤レンガ倉庫10分です。屋外駐車場は113台、宿泊者は10時～翌14時を1泊1台1,000円で利用でき、先着順で予約はできません。発券された駐車券はフロントへ提出し、出し入れの際も都度手続きします。送迎はありません。宿泊税は税抜き素泊まり相当額2万円未満200円、2万～5万円未満400円、5万～10万円未満1,000円、10万円以上2,500円で、1人1泊の市税・道税合計です。温泉入浴には別途、一般客100円の入湯税がかかり、15歳未満は免除です。

函館市で合わせて訪れる施設

市内の移動や食事、宿泊の予定に合わせて、次の施設も組み合わせられます。

Choose room aspect and dog-friendly categories

Rooms face either Mount Hakodate or the station-side cityscape; the hotel does not offer ocean-view rooms. All are non-smoking, with smoking booths on floors one and two. Dogs require a Dog Lovers or Deluxe Dog Lovers room and the accommodation consent form. Preschool children sharing existing bedding stay free, while use of the clothing, slippers and amenity set costs an additional ¥2,200. Separate bedding arrangements from optional supplies when choosing a family stay.

Move between the spa and rooftop bath

Spa Stellar on floor fourteen and the rooftop Stellar Deck on floor fifteen both open 05:30–00:30. Views towards the mountain and city change between evening and morning, allowing different bathing times during a stay. The baths are not open throughout the night, so late returns need to fit the closing time. The fourteenth-floor post-bath lounge opens 18:00–23:00 with drinks and light food. Day-use availability follows a separate schedule from guest access.

Select buffet or reserved irori breakfast

The second-floor YUUYOO Terrace breakfast buffet runs 06:30–11:00, last entry 10:30, featuring vegetables, brown rice and Hokkaido ingredients. A separate irori-style breakfast at Kitanoji requires a reservation and is limited to fifty people daily: 06:30–10:00, last entry 09:00. These are different breakfast arrangements, so select the intended type when booking. Their schedules help balance breakfast and morning bathing before the standard 11:00 checkout.

Use guest parking or walk from the station

At 22-13 Ote-machi, the hotel is five minutes from the station, two from the market and ten from Kanemori. Outdoor parking has 113 spaces, first come without reservations, at ¥1,000 per car/night for 10:00–14:00 next day. Present the ticket at reception, including after re-entry. There is no shuttle. Combined city/prefectural accommodation tax per person/night is ¥200 for a tax-exclusive room-only charge below ¥20,000, ¥400 for ¥20,000–under ¥50,000, ¥1,000 for ¥50,000–under ¥100,000, and ¥2,500 from ¥100,000. General onsen bathers also pay a separate ¥100 bathing tax; under-fifteens are exempt.
