タワーごとの部屋と予約条件を選ぶ

メインタワーは少人数の滞在向け、プレミアムタワーには28平方メートル以上の客室やスイートなどがあります。部屋の広さや眺望を重視する場合は、予約する客室名まで選んで比較できます。標準の滞在時間は15時～翌11時です。18歳未満の人が1人または未成年者同士で宿泊する場合は、保護者の同意書が必要です。到着予定を2時間以上過ぎる場合は連絡が必要で、無連絡では予約が取り消される場合があります。

大森の湯は客室からタオルを持参

天然温泉「はこだて大森の湯」は、茶色の湯の大浴場、露天風呂、気泡風呂やサウナを備えます。宿泊者はチェックイン後に無料で利用でき、温泉の最終入場は翌9時30分、10時までに退出します。10～13時は清掃で利用できません。タオルは客室から持参し、入場に必要なカードキーも忘れずに携行します。家族風呂は沸かし湯タイプなので、共同浴場の天然温泉と同じ設備だと考えずに選びます。

和食中心の朝食とコインランドリー

朝食会場「板前料理旬」は1階で、6時30分～11時、LO10時30分です。和食中心のビュッフェには調理カウンターがあり、魚介など函館らしい食材を取り入れています。1階にコインランドリーがあり、洗濯機は容量により200円・300円、乾燥機は15分100円です。電子レンジや製氷機も利用できます。夜の外食や朝市での食事を予定する場合は、予約プランの食事条件と朝の移動を合わせて選べます。

駅徒歩13分、空港バスは大森町下車

住所は大森町25-3で、JR函館駅中央口から徒歩約13分。空港からのシャトルバスは約20分、大森町下車で徒歩約1分です。近隣の徒歩2分圏内に複数の有料駐車場があり、車での滞在にも組み合わせられます。外来入浴は大人1,500円・小学生750円で、宿泊者利用とは別料金です。宿泊税は税抜き素泊まり相当額2万円未満200円、2万～5万円未満400円、5万～10万円未満1,000円、10万円以上2,500円で、1人1泊の市税・道税合計です。温泉入浴には別途、一般客100円の入湯税がかかり、15歳未満は免除です。

Choose the tower and booking conditions

The Main Tower caters to smaller parties, while the Premium Tower includes rooms from twenty-eight square metres and suites. Compare the actual category when space or a particular outlook matters. Standard stay times are 15:00–11:00 next day. Guests under eighteen staying alone or with other minors need a written guardian consent form. Notify the hotel when arrival will be more than two hours after the stated time; an unreported delay may lead to cancellation.

Bring room towels to Omori-no-yu

Omori-no-yu has brown mineral water, indoor and outdoor baths, a bubble bath and sauna. Overnight guests use it free after completing check-in. Morning entry ends at 09:30 and everyone leaves by 10:00; cleaning closes the baths 10:00–13:00. Bring towels and the necessary access key from the room. The family bath uses heated water rather than the shared onsen’s natural source, an important distinction when deciding which bathing arrangement suits the visit.

Use breakfast and laundry during a longer stay

Breakfast at first-floor Shun runs 06:30–11:00, last orders 10:30. Its Japanese-focused buffet includes a cooking counter and seafood associated with Hakodate. First-floor laundry machines cost ¥200 or ¥300 according to capacity, and drying costs ¥100 per fifteen minutes. Microwaves and an ice machine are also available. If plans include restaurant dinners or a market breakfast, compare the meal inclusion in the booked plan with the intended morning and evening journeys.

Walk from the station or use the airport bus

The hotel is at 25-3 Omori-cho, roughly thirteen minutes from Hakodate Station’s central exit. An airport shuttle takes about twenty minutes to Omoricho, followed by a one-minute walk. Several paid parking options lie within about two minutes. Day bathing costs ¥1,500 for adults and ¥750 for elementary pupils, separate from free guest access. Combined city/prefectural accommodation tax per person/night is ¥200 for a tax-exclusive room-only charge below ¥20,000, ¥400 for ¥20,000–under ¥50,000, ¥1,000 for ¥50,000–under ¥100,000, and ¥2,500 from ¥100,000. General onsen bathers also pay a separate ¥100 bathing tax; under-fifteens are exempt.
