本館と別館の客室・到着手続き

チェックインは15時から、チェックアウトは11時までです。本館と別館は3階の連絡通路でつながり、到着手続きは本館1階で行います。別館の自動精算機はチェックアウト用、本館フロント横の機械はチェックイン・アウトに対応しています。

本館のシングルは19.5㎡、スタンダードツインは29.1㎡。和洋室はツインに4.5畳または8畳を組み合わせ、スイートも用意しています。別館は18.8㎡のコーナーシングルから32.1㎡のスーペリアツイン、6畳＋8畳の和室まであり、同じツインでも建物によって広さが異なります。

夢の国の朝食と子供の食事条件

朝食会場は別館1階のバイキングレストラン夢の国で、6時30分～10時、最終入場9時30分です。和洋バイキングには鶏飯やさつま揚げなどの郷土料理、パン、果物を用意。朝食の案内料金は2026年4月2日利用分から2,750円税込です。

朝食付きの案内では幼児の朝食は無料で、予約状況によってセットメニューなどへ変更する場合があります。ホテル管理の宿泊プランには幼児の添い寝無料、寝具利用は3,300円税別の案内があります。食事を含む範囲と寝具の有無は選んだ宿泊プランの条件に従います。

温泉大浴場と10月28日の点検案内

本館地下1階オクシアの温泉大浴場は宿泊者無料で、6時30分～23時・最終受付22時30分、11～13時は清掃のため閉鎖します。日帰りは8～20時・最終受付19時30分で、中学生以上2,000円・小学生1,000円・4～6歳500円、いずれも税込です。

9月29日の旧告知には10月28日の清掃休止として大浴場・ジム10～17時、プール10～20時が記載されていますが、10月26日のホームページ刷新後の現案内では再確認できていません。

家族での滞在と館内設備

本館1階には鍵付き個室型の授乳・おむつ替えスペースmamaroがあります。客室には無料Wi-Fi・有線LAN、加湿空気清浄機や冷蔵庫を備え、別館地下1階のコインランドリーは6時30分～23時に利用できます。

客室からロビー・レストランまでは段差なく移動でき、車椅子用トイレもあります。一方、大浴場への経路には階段があり、ホテル全体が完全なバリアフリー仕様ではありません。客室へのバリアフリー用品のセットは予約制です。

無料平面駐車場と片道の空港送り

ホテル併設の平面駐車場は普通車300台・バス10台が無料です。鹿児島空港から車で約18分、JR隼人駅から約5分、隼人東ICから約10分。空港発着の路線バスでは、ホテル前を通らない便もあります。

無料の空港送りは平日月～金のホテル6時発で、土日祝は運休です。空港からホテルへの迎えは含まず、予約時または宿泊前日までに申込む片道サービス。座席は8名程度が目安で荷物量によって変わり、満席時は利用できません。

プール・ジムの料金と公式予約特典

屋内温水プールは宿泊者と指定会員向けで、9～21時・最終受付20時、宿泊者は温泉利用付き1,000円税込です。ジムは6時30分～23時・最終受付22時30分、宿泊者1,000円で、16歳未満は利用できません。一般外来者のプール・ジム利用は対象外です。

公式ホームページからの宿泊予約を対象に、2026年6月22日～10月31日宿泊分はジム通常利用料が無料となるキャンペーンがあります。16歳未満不可などの利用条件は共通で、ウェアやシューズのレンタルは有料です。

Main and annex rooms and arrival procedures

Check-in starts at 15:00 and check-out is by 11:00. A third-floor passage connects the main building and annex, with arrivals handled on the main building’s first floor. The annex payment machine handles check-out; machines beside the main reception handle both check-in and check-out.

Main-building singles are 19.5 m² and standard twins 29.1 m². Japanese-Western rooms combine twin beds with a 4.5- or eight-tatami area, and suites are also available. Annex options range from 18.8 m² corner singles to 32.1 m² superior twins and a Japanese room with six- and eight-tatami areas; twin-room sizes differ between buildings.

Breakfast at Yumenokuni and children’s meal conditions

Breakfast is served at Yumenokuni on the annex’s first floor from 06:30 to 10:00, last entry 09:30. The Japanese and Western buffet includes local dishes such as keihan chicken rice and satsuma-age, alongside bread and fruit. The listed breakfast charge is ¥2,750 including tax for use from April 2, 2026.

Breakfast-plan information lists preschool breakfast as free, with possible changes to set meals depending on reservations. Hotel-managed stay plans list free bed sharing for preschool children and ¥3,300 before tax when bedding is used. Meal inclusion and bedding follow the selected stay plan’s conditions.

Hot-spring baths and the October 28 maintenance notice

The hot-spring public baths at Oxya in the main building’s basement are free for overnight guests, opening 06:30–23:00 with last admission at 22:30 and a cleaning closure from 11:00 to 13:00. Day bathing runs 08:00–20:00, last admission 19:30, at ¥2,000 for junior-high-school age and older, ¥1,000 for elementary-school children and ¥500 for ages four to six, including tax.

The former September 29 notice listed cleaning closures on October 28: the baths and gym from 10:00 to 17:00 and the pool from 10:00 to 20:00. These arrangements could not be reconfirmed in the current information following the October 26 website renewal.

Family stays and hotel facilities

A lockable private mamaro nursing and diaper-changing space is on the main building’s first floor. Rooms include free Wi-Fi and wired internet, a humidifying air purifier and a refrigerator. The coin laundry in the annex basement operates 06:30–23:00.

Routes between rooms, the lobby and restaurants are step-free, and wheelchair-accessible toilets are available. The route to the public baths includes stairs, however, and the whole hotel is not fully accessible. Accessibility equipment set up in a room requires reservations.

Free surface parking and one-way airport drop-off

The hotel’s surface parking is free for 300 cars and ten buses. Approximate driving times are 18 minutes from Kagoshima Airport, five minutes from JR Hayato Station and ten minutes from Hayato-Higashi IC. Some scheduled airport buses do not stop at the hotel.

Free airport drop-off leaves the hotel at 06:00 Monday–Friday and does not operate on weekends or public holidays. It is one-way only, with no airport pickup, and must be booked with the stay or by the day before arrival. Capacity is around eight passengers, varying with luggage; the service is unavailable when full.

Pool and gym charges and direct-booking benefits

The indoor heated pool is for overnight guests and designated members, opening 09:00–21:00 with last admission at 20:00. Overnight guests pay ¥1,000 including tax with bath access. The gym opens 06:30–23:00, last admission 22:30, at ¥1,000 for overnight guests; under-16s cannot use it. General day visitors cannot use the pool or gym.

A campaign waives the normal gym fee for stays booked through the hotel’s official website from June 22 through October 31, 2026. Standard conditions, including the under-16 exclusion, still apply; clothing and shoe rentals cost extra.
