シングルは15㎡、定員1～2名、140×195cmのベッド1台とシャワーブースを備えています。ダブル、ツイン、和洋室も選べます。3～8階・10～12階は禁煙、9階は加熱式たばこ専用の喫煙フロアです。

宿泊税と子どもの施設利用料

宿泊税は1人1泊の対象宿泊料金に応じ、市・道の合計で2万円未満200円、2万～5万円未満400円、5万～10万円未満1,000円、10万円以上2,500円です。3歳～未就学児は寝具・食事なしでも施設利用料2,200円がかかります。

朝食と最上階の温泉

2階「北の番屋」の朝食は通常6時30分～10時、L.O.9時30分の海鮮バイキングで、季節による時間変更があります。最上階の大浴場は15時～翌10時で、内風呂と露天風呂を備えます。2026年4月から一般入湯税は100円、15歳未満は免除です。低アレルゲンメニューは宿泊2日前までの申込制です。

駐車場とアクセス

駐車場は170台・先着順で1泊1台1,000円。滞在中は何度でも出し入れでき、満車時は近隣駐車場へ案内します。JR函館駅から徒歩約15分、魚市場通電停から約5分、函館空港から車で約20分です。例年11月～4月上旬頃は冬タイヤ等の準備が必要です。

Rooms and smoking arrangements

Single rooms are 15 m² for one or two guests, with a 140 × 195 cm bed and shower booth. Doubles, twins and Japanese-Western rooms are also available. Floors 3–8 and 10–12 are non-smoking; floor 9 permits heated tobacco only.

Accommodation tax and children’s facility fee

Combined city and prefectural accommodation tax per person per night is ¥200 for taxable accommodation charges below ¥20,000, ¥400 from ¥20,000 to under ¥50,000, ¥1,000 from ¥50,000 to under ¥100,000, and ¥2,500 from ¥100,000. Children aged three to preschool age incur a ¥2,200 facility fee even without bedding or meals.

Breakfast and top-floor hot spring

Second-floor Kita no Banya serves a seafood breakfast buffet, normally 06:30–10:00 with last orders at 09:30; hours vary seasonally. The top-floor bath opens 15:00–10:00 the next morning, with indoor and outdoor tubs. Ordinary bathing tax is ¥100 from April 2026, with children under fifteen exempt. Low-allergen meals require application at least two days before the stay.

Parking and access

Parking has 170 first-come spaces at ¥1,000 per car per night, including repeated exit and re-entry during the stay. Nearby parking is offered when full. About fifteen minutes on foot from JR Hakodate Station, five from Uoichiba-dori tram stop, or twenty minutes by car from Hakodate Airport. Winter tyres or similar equipment are needed around November to early April.
