日本海を眺める海鮮料理
館内の食事処で、寺泊の海辺の景色と食事を組み合わせられます。刺身、焼魚、揚げ物に加え、カニの姿盛りや半身盛り、甲羅焼きなどを選べます。料理の内容は季節や仕入れにより変わります。海鮮が中心ですが、長岡ポークのとんかつや麺類もあり、家族それぞれが別の料理を選びやすいメニューです。
海鮮丼と定食、ミニ丼セット
刺身定食1,700円、海鮮丼1,600円、焼魚定食1,350円、ジャンボエビフライ定食1,800円、長岡ポークとんかつ定食1,450円です。ミニ丼セット1,400円は、サーモン・ちらし・ネギトロ・ハマチのミニ丼と、そば・うどん・ラーメンのミニ麺から組み合わせます。小学生以下にはおもちゃ付きカレー又はラーメンのセット各800円があります。
昼夜それぞれの注文終了と館内設備
昼は11～14時30分で注文14時まで、夜は16～20時で注文19時30分までです。午後は食事の営業に休憩時間があります。食事処のすぐ横にはキッズスペースがあり、館内は無料Wi-Fiを備えます。水族館の給餌ショーと組み合わせる場合は、昼食の注文締切と水族館の最終入館を分けて予定を組めます。
水族館隣、無料駐車90台と路線バス
寺泊松沢町9353-621、寺泊水族館の隣です。無料駐車場は90台で駐車予約は不要。中之島見附IC・西山ICから車約35分、三条燕ICから約40分の案内です。長岡駅や寺泊駅から路線バスを利用する場合は寺泊水族館前で下車し、バス停の目の前に建物があります。水族館の駐車場とは別施設の駐車場なので、きんぱちの湯の入口へ進めます。
長岡市内で組み合わせる訪問先
波の華の隣には寺泊水族博物館があり、海辺ではホテル飛鳥も宿泊先に選べます。市営大手口駐車場は長岡駅側での別行程用です。昼の注文は14時まで、夜は19時30分まで、水族館の入館は16時までなので、観光と食事を順に組み合わせられます。
Nami no Hana is the restaurant inside Teradomari Kinpachi no Yu. Views of the Sea of Japan accompany sashimi, crab dishes, seafood rice bowls and set meals. Beside Teradomari Aquarium, it suits lunch or dinner during coastal sightseeing.

Seafood with views of the Sea of Japan
The restaurant combines a coastal outlook with sashimi, grilled fish, fried dishes and crab served whole, half or baked in its shell. Ingredients and presentation change with the season and supply. Alongside seafood are Nagaoka pork cutlets and noodles, giving a family several different meal choices.

Menu examples are sashimi set ¥1,700, seafood bowl ¥1,600, grilled-fish set ¥1,350, jumbo fried-shrimp set ¥1,800 and Nagaoka pork-cutlet set ¥1,450. A ¥1,400 mini set pairs a salmon, chirashi, minced-tuna or yellowtail mini bowl with mini soba, udon or ramen. Children of elementary-school age and younger can choose a curry or ramen set with a toy for ¥800.

Lunch runs 11:00–14:30 with last orders at 14:00; evening service is 16:00–20:00 with last orders at 19:30. There is an afternoon break in meal service. A play space is immediately beside the restaurant, and the building offers free Wi-Fi. Coordinate the lunch cutoff separately from aquarium feeding shows and last admission.
Beside the aquarium, with ninety free parking spaces
The address is 9353-621 Teradomari Matsuzawacho, beside the aquarium. Ninety free parking spaces require no reservation. Listed drives are about thirty-five minutes from Nakanoshima-mitsuke or Nishiyama Interchange, and forty from Sanjo-tsubame. Buses from Nagaoka or Teradomari Station stop at Teradomari Suizokukan-mae, directly in front. Use Kinpachi no Yu’s entrance for its parking, separate from the aquarium lot.
Other stops to combine within Nagaoka
Teradomari Aquarium is next door, with Hotel Asuka another coastal accommodation option. Municipal Oteguchi Parking serves a separate station-area visit. Coordinate lunch orders by 14:00, dinner orders by 19:30 and aquarium admission by 16:00.
