元祖あんこう鍋は1人前4,300円税込。醤油ベースの出汁に、あん肝を練り込んだ焼き味噌を合わせます。〆の雑炊セット、うどんセットは各370円税込の追加注文です。
夏季予約と冬のどぶ汁
夏季のあんこう鍋は3日前までの予約制です。冬季限定のどぶ汁は雑炊付きで、要予約・2人前から。出汁を加えた食べやすい仕立てです。
納豆料理と営業時間
納豆天婦羅は納豆とねぎをかき揚げ風にした料理で、660円税込です。納豆釜めしは味噌汁・お新香付き1,100円税込、炊き上げに約30分かかります。昼は11時30分～14時30分（最終注文14時）、夜は17～21時（最終注文20時）です。

The original anglerfish hotpot costs ¥4,300 per serving including tax, combining soy-based stock with roasted miso containing anglerfish liver. Finishing rice-porridge or udon sets cost an additional ¥370 each, including tax.
Summer reservations and winter dobujiru
Summer anglerfish hotpot requires booking three days ahead. Winter-only dobujiru includes rice porridge, requires reservations and has a two-serving minimum. The restaurant adds stock for its approachable version.
Natto dishes and opening hours
Natto tempura is a fritter-style dish with natto and spring onions, priced at ¥660 including tax. Natto pot-cooked rice costs ¥1,100 including tax with miso soup and pickles, and takes about thirty minutes to cook. Lunch runs 11:30–14:30, last orders 14:00; dinner 17:00–21:00, last orders 20:00.
