内原町1-253の駅北口広場

内原駅北口の内原町1-253にある、水戸市営の屋外平面駐車場です。自走式で11台を収容し、身障者用1台を含みます。車長5m・幅2.5mまでの区画で、駅へ人を迎える短い滞在に使えます。大きな商業施設の駐車場とは別の駅前広場にある施設なので、駅北口へ直接向かう送迎の目的地として住所を合わせられます。

入庫から30分まで無料、1時間まで100円、その後は1時間ごと300円です。料金表に基づく例では2時間400円、3時間700円となります。上限額は設定されていないため、長時間の留置では時間に応じて増額します。最初の無料30分は送迎に向く条件ですが、長い鉄道旅行で停め続ける場合は、合計時間から費用を計算して選べます。

深夜も入出庫、定期駐車の設定なし

入出庫は24時間可能で、年中無休です。朝早い列車や夜の到着に合わせて使えますが、24時間利用できることと一定料金で1日停められることは異なります。定期駐車の設定はなく、通常の時間料金で利用します。11台の中には身障者用区画もあるため、一般区画と区別して停め、駅前広場では車を区画へ収めて乗り降りする行程を組めます。

市の利用券とプリペイドを使う

内原駅北口広場は市の利用券・プリペイドカードの対象です。プリペイドは3,000円で3,300円分、5,000円で5,500円分を購入でき、五軒町地下や赤塚駅北口の管理事務所で販売します。本町など他の対象市営駐車場でも使えるため、県央を車で回りながら何度か市内に停める予定なら比較できます。定期駐車料金の支払い用ではなく、時間貸しの利用に充てるものです。

水戸市内で組み合わせる訪問先

七ツ洞公園や森林公園、内原の訪問先へは、駅周辺の徒歩散策とは別に車やバスの移動時間を取ります。花苑の門が開く時刻やカフェの定休日、宿での食事に合わせて回れます。ここに挙げる駐車場は市内移動の選択肢で、各施設の専用駐車場とは利用目的が異なります。内原駅前の短時間料金と赤塚の上限料金も行程に合わせて選べます。

The north station square at 1-253 Uchihara-cho

This municipal surface car park is at 1-253 Uchihara-cho, on the station’s north side. It provides eleven self-drive spaces including one accessible bay, with vehicle length limited to 5m and width to 2.5m. The small station-square facility can support a short visit to meet a passenger. It is separate from nearby large shopping-centre parking, so use the north-square address for a station pickup.

Thirty minutes free, then a rising hourly tariff

The first thirty minutes are free, parking through one hour costs ¥100 and each subsequent hour costs ¥300. Calculated examples are ¥400 for two hours or ¥700 for three hours. There is no cap, so longer stays continue to accumulate charges. The initial free half-hour suits a pickup, while leaving a vehicle for a long rail journey requires budgeting for the full parking duration.

Night-time access without monthly parking contracts

Entry and exit are available twenty-four hours every day, fitting early trains and late arrivals. Continuous access does not imply a flat all-day price: the hourly tariff still applies. Monthly contracts are not offered. One of the eleven spaces is accessible parking and should be distinguished from ordinary bays. Arrange pickup and drop-off around parking within a marked bay in the station square.

Use municipal vouchers and prepaid cards

Uchihara North Square accepts municipal parking vouchers and prepaid cards. Cards provide ¥3,300 of value for ¥3,000 or ¥5,500 for ¥5,000 and are sold at Gokencho Underground and Akatsuka Station North parking offices. They also work at other eligible municipal car parks such as Honcho, supporting repeated stops during a driving itinerary. Their purpose is time-based parking payment, rather than monthly-contract charges.

Other stops to combine within Mito

Visits to Nanatsudo Park, the forest park and Uchihara need driving or bus time beyond a station-area walk. Coordinate flower-garden gates, café closing days and hotel meals. The listed car parks are options for journeys within the city, with a different purpose from each attraction’s own parking.
