最大10名で使う四つの寝室

金町1-2-55の住宅を一棟貸しで利用し、最大10名が宿泊できます。寝室は1階と2階に二つずつあり、各室エアコンを備えています。リビングにはテレビや空気清浄機、カラオケ設備があり、無料Wi-Fiも利用できます。観光後に共用のリビングへ集まる時間と、それぞれの部屋で休む時間を分けられる構成です。

台所、洗濯機と庭での滞在

キッチンには冷蔵庫、電子レンジ、コンロ、炊飯器、電気ケトル、食器や調理道具を備え、自分たちで買った食材を調理できます。洗面所には洗濯機と洗剤、浴室にはバスタブがあります。広い庭にはプールや屋外テーブルがあり、BBQを行う場合は器具を持参する方式です。室内は完全禁煙で、喫煙は屋外の指定場所を使います。

15時以降のセルフチェックイン

チェックインは15時以降、チェックアウトは10時までです。予約後に伝えられる暗証番号で玄関横の鍵箱を開け、鍵を取り出して入ります。出発時は同じ鍵箱へ返却する方式です。宿泊料金は日程や人数により予約画面で選ぶ形で、対面での鍵渡しを前提にしないため、到着までに利用方法をグループ内で共有しておくと円滑に入れます。

無料駐車場と食材の買い出し

宿の無料駐車場は最大5台で、水戸北スマートICから一般道約15分。買い出しは、かわねや水戸大町店まで徒歩約10分、コンビニは徒歩約9分の案内があります。車で郊外へ出かける日と、中心街を徒歩で巡る日を同じ滞在に組み合わせられます。

水戸市内で組み合わせる訪問先

七ツ洞公園や森林公園、内原の訪問先へは、駅周辺の徒歩散策とは別に車やバスの移動時間を取ります。花苑の門が開く時刻やカフェの定休日、宿での食事に合わせて回れます。ここに挙げる駐車場は市内移動の選択肢で、各施設の専用駐車場とは利用目的が異なります。内原駅前の短時間料金と赤塚の上限料金も行程に合わせて選べます。

Four bedrooms for up to ten guests

The whole property at 1-2-55 Kanemachi accommodates up to ten. Two bedrooms on each of the first and second floors provide four sleeping rooms, all air-conditioned. The living room has a television, air purifier and karaoke equipment, with free Wi-Fi. The layout allows a group to gather after sightseeing while retaining separate spaces for rest.

Using the kitchen, laundry and garden

The kitchen includes a refrigerator, microwave, hob, rice cooker, kettle, crockery and cookware for ingredients bought by the group. A washing machine and detergent are provided in the washroom, alongside a bathroom with a tub. The garden contains a pool and outdoor tables; guests bring their own barbecue equipment. Interiors are entirely nonsmoking, with an outdoor designated smoking place.

Self check-in from 15:00

Check in from 15:00 and out by 10:00. After reservation, the host supplies the code for the key box beside the entrance; take the key to enter and return it to that box when leaving. Select dates and party details in the booking system for the applicable rate. Sharing the key-box instructions within the group supports arrival without an in-person key handover.

Free parking and shopping for ingredients

Parking for up to five cars is free; the owner gives about fifteen minutes on local roads from Mito-kita Smart interchange. Kawaneya Mito Omachi supermarket is advertised at about ten minutes on foot and convenience stores at about nine. Combine driving to the outskirts with walking days in the centre.

Other stops to combine within Mito

Visits to Nanatsudo Park, the forest park and Uchihara need driving or bus time beyond a station-area walk. Coordinate flower-garden gates, café closing days and hotel meals. The listed car parks are options for journeys within the city, with a different purpose from each attraction’s own parking.
