道の駅龍勢会館の駐車場は、吉田方面で道路休憩や直売所、展示館の利用に使う施設です。大型車と障がい者用の区画もあり、山間の観光へ向かう前後に立ち寄れます。ロケット祭りの展示を見る時間、農産物を買う時間、駐車して運転を休む時間を区別できる拠点です。

吉田の道の駅へ車を止める
吉田久長32にあり、普通車74台、大型九台、障がい者用三台の区画を備えます。休憩駐車とトイレは24時間無料です。大型区画と普通車区画を使い分け、施設利用や道路移動の休憩として立ち寄れます。市街の有料時間貸しとは料金の仕組みが違いますが、周辺の宿泊施設の駐車場とは別に、道の駅を利用する人が共用する場所です。
直売所と展示館の閉まる時刻
直売所の龍勢茶屋は9～17時で、野菜、味噌、おなめ、まんじゅうなど吉田の食品を扱います。龍勢会館は9～16時30分、最終入館16時、火曜休館で祝日の場合は翌日休館。館内のロケット展示は高校生以上350円、小中学生200円、未就学児無料です。無料駐車に展示の入館料は含まれないため、買物だけ、展示を加える立ち寄りと使い分けられます。
普通・急速のEV充電は利用休止
普通充電器は設備不良で休止、急速充電器も入替工事に伴い利用休止中です。駐車場が使えても充電できる状態とは限らないため、充電を済ませてから吉田方面へ向かうなど、停車の目的を分けられます。道路の休憩施設として仮眠はできますが、公共区画を宿泊用に長時間占有する利用は基本的に控える運用です。温泉や一晩の滞在には、別に対応する宿やキャンプ場があります。
椋神社、合角方面へ向かう目安
道の駅ちちぶから車約30分。ここから椋神社へ約5分、山逢の里キャンプ場へ約15分、吉田元気村へ約20分、合角ダムへ約25分です。直売所の買物を済ませてから宿へ向かう行程や、展示を先に見てから吉田の自然へ出かける順序を選べます。祭礼当日の打上げを常時見られる場所ではなく、通常の道の駅と会館の利用を軸にした立ち寄りです。
秩父市内で組み合わせる訪問先
市街の見学、吉田・荒川の立ち寄り、大滝や三峰の山道では移動に必要な時間が異なります。食事の注文締切と宿への到着時間を合わせ、関連する施設へ車や鉄道で続く行程を組めます。駐車場はそれぞれの施設・地域での利用条件に合わせて選べます。
Ryusei Kaikan roadside-station parking supports driving breaks, produce shopping and museum visits in the Yoshida area. Large-vehicle and accessible spaces supplement ordinary car parking before or after travel into the surrounding hills. Distinguish the time for seeing rocket-festival displays, browsing local food and simply resting from driving, since each involves different parts of the complex.

Stop at the Yoshida roadside station
At 32 Yoshida-Hisanaga, the parking area provides 74 car spaces, nine for large vehicles and three accessible spaces. Rest parking and toilets are free at all hours. Use the appropriate vehicle area when stopping for the facilities or a driving break. This differs from central-city hourly parking, but it is also distinct from a lodging’s guest parking: roadside-station visitors and resting road users share the available space.
The produce shop and museum finish at different times
Ryusei Chaya opens 09:00–17:00 for vegetables, miso, oname and local sweets. The museum runs 09:00–16:30, final admission 16:00, closing Tuesdays or the following day when Tuesday is a holiday. Rocket displays cost ¥350 for high-school age and over, ¥200 for primary/junior high and nothing for preschool children. Free parking does not include museum admission, allowing a choice between shopping alone and a longer stop with the exhibition.
Both types of EV charging are suspended
The standard charger is suspended because of equipment failure, and rapid charging is also suspended for replacement work. Available parking therefore does not mean usable charging. Separate that need from the rest stop when arranging travel into Yoshida. Short naps fit the road-rest function, while prolonged occupation of public spaces as accommodation is generally discouraged. A hot-spring stay or overnight visit instead uses an appropriate lodging or campsite with its own arrangements.
Travel on towards Muku Shrine and the Kakkaku area
The drive from Michi-no-Eki Chichibu takes about thirty minutes. Continue roughly five minutes to Muku Shrine, fifteen to Yamaai no Sato campground, twenty to Yoshida Genki Mura or twenty-five to Kakkaku Dam. Shopping before a lodging arrival or a museum stop before exploring the hills are possible orders. Live festival launches are not a daily attraction here; ordinary visits centre on the roadside station and its separately ticketed exhibition.
Other stops to combine within Chichibu
Central sightseeing, stops in Yoshida or Arakawa, and mountain roads towards Otaki or Mitsumine require different travel times. Fit meal-order deadlines and accommodation arrival around the next stop by car or railway. Choose related parking according to its own facility or area and the applicable use conditions.
