駅前の三つの駐車場を取り違えない
所在地は野坂町1-16-23、165台の屋外ゲート式で、路面はアスファルトと砂利敷です。24時間利用できます。祭の湯正面の39台の専用駐車場や、54台のNPC24Hとは別の場所で、提携割引があっても通常料金まで同じではありません。列車に乗る利用と入浴・買物の利用では滞在時間が異なるため、停める施設名と住所を合わせて選べます。
八時と深夜零時で料金帯が変わる
8～24時は30分100円で、この時間帯の上限は平日1,300円、土休日1,600円です。0～8時は60分100円、上限400円。昼夜をまたぐ利用では両方の料金帯にかかるため、昼の最大料金を入庫から24時間の上限としては使えません。千円札とPASMOなどの交通系ICに対応し、領収書はその場で発行できます。駅周辺での短時間と長時間を同じ計算で混同せず利用できます。
祭の湯の入浴と買物で受ける割引
祭の湯で入浴すると三時間無料、飲食・物販を2,000円以上利用すると二時間無料です。両方を利用しても無料は最大三時間で、五時間にはなりません。入浴は温泉フロントで駐車券を提示。飲食はおやつ本舗で駐車券と食券、物販はちちぶみやげ市または酒匠屋台で駐車券とレシートを提示します。食券や領収書は処分せず持っておくことで、施設利用に対応する手続きができます。

車は全長4.9メートル以下、幅1.9メートル以下、高さ2.1メートル以下、総重量2.5トン以下で、最低地上高は15～25センチが条件です。ハイルーフでも高さだけで判断せず、全ての条件に合わせます。祭の湯まで徒歩一分。駅を起点に銘仙館や昼食店へ歩き、戻って買物や入浴を選ぶ行程にできます。住所は温泉本体の1-16-15ではなく、第1駐車場の1-16-23です。

市街の見学、吉田・荒川の立ち寄り、大滝や三峰の山道では移動に必要な時間が異なります。食事の注文締切と宿への到着時間を合わせ、関連する施設へ車や鉄道で続く行程を組めます。駐車場はそれぞれの施設・地域での利用条件に合わせて選べます。

Distinguish the three station-area parking facilities
At 1-16-23 Nosaka-machi, this outdoor gated site has 165 spaces on asphalt and gravel and operates twenty-four hours. It is separate from the 39-space spa-front parking and the 54-space NPC24H site. Shared discount arrangements do not make their ordinary tariffs identical. A rail trip and a bath or shopping visit involve different lengths of stay, so identify the actual parking name and address before calculating the relevant charge.
Charges change at eight in the morning and midnight
Between 08:00 and midnight the rate is ¥100 per thirty minutes, capped within that period at ¥1,300 weekdays or ¥1,600 weekends/holidays. Midnight–08:00 costs ¥100 per hour with a ¥400 cap. A stay crossing both periods encounters both tariffs; the daytime cap is not an elapsed twenty-four-hour maximum. Payment accepts ¥1,000 notes and transport IC such as PASMO, with receipts issued immediately. Apply the relevant time bands when comparing short and longer station visits.
Claim the spa and shopping parking discounts
Bathing at Matsuri no Yu gives three free hours; spending at least ¥2,000 on its food or retail gives two. Using both still provides no more than three hours, not five. Present the parking ticket at the bath reception, or the ticket plus meal tickets at Oyatsu Honpo for food. For retail, show the ticket and receipt at Chichibu Miyage Ichi or Sakasho Yatai. Keep meal tickets and receipts until the discount has been applied.
Vehicle limits and the station-area itinerary
Maximum vehicle limits are 4.9 metres long, 1.9 metres wide, 2.1 metres high and 2.5 tonnes, with ground clearance between fifteen and twenty-five centimetres. Check every limit rather than height alone. Matsuri no Yu is a one-minute walk away. A station-based itinerary can include walks to Meisenkan or lunch before returning for shopping or a bath. Use the car park’s 1-16-23 address rather than the spa’s 1-16-15.

Central sightseeing, stops in Yoshida or Arakawa, and mountain roads towards Otaki or Mitsumine require different travel times.
