8室の間取りと庭の景色
渡辺明設計の別邸は、土を重ねた版築の壁や木の素材、水盤を生かした建築です。スーペリアバルコニーは露天風呂付きで49㎡、畳のデラックスは56㎡で布団利用。デラックスツインも56㎡で、檜の内風呂を備えます。100㎡のメゾネットは上下階で過ごす形で、2階寝室と1階の小上がりを使えます。部屋ごとに風呂と寝具、階段の有無が違うので、眺望に加え室内での動き方でも選べます。
子ども同伴と滞在の組み立て
12歳以下の子ども同伴に対応するのはデラックス畳ルームとメゾネットスイートで、電話またはメールによる直接予約の対象です。通常の2人向けの部屋をそのまま家族全員で使うのではなく、対応する部屋を選べます。庭園や部屋で静かに過ごす時間に、食事やスパを配分する滞在に向いています。客室には露天風呂のあるタイプと内風呂のタイプがあるため、入浴の好みも部屋選びに反映できます。
人工温泉の露天風呂と施術予約
スパは6時～10時30分、15時～23時30分で、1階が男性、2階が女性の区域です。内風呂、光明石を使う人工温泉の露天風呂、岩盤浴、サウナを備えています。uka監修の施術は予約制で、ボディ60分16,100円、部分ケア30分8,050円、いずれも税・サービス料込みです。施術は16歳未満、妊娠中、飲酒で酔っている方などは利用できません。入浴と施術は時間と利用条件を分けて選べます。
茶亭での食事と到着経路
茶亭は1913年の数寄屋建築を生かし、中華料理を基調にした季節のコースを提供します。朝食8～10時・LO9時、昼11時30分～15時・LO13時30分、夜18～22時・LO19時で、昼夜は事前予約が必要です。沼津駅からタクシー約10分、三島駅から約20分、沼津ICから車約20分。入口は若山牧水記念館の道路斜め向かいで、敷地に入ってすぐ右側に駐車場があります。

Numazu Club is a small retreat near the Senbon pine grove, designed for unhurried time with architecture, dining and bathing. Eight rooms and a garden outlook
Akira Watanabe’s villa makes use of layered-earth walls, timber and the reflecting pool. Superior Balcony rooms measure 49 m² and include an outdoor bath; Deluxe Tatami rooms offer 56 m² and futon bedding. Deluxe Twins also measure 56 m² and have cypress indoor baths. The 100-m² Maisonette places its bedroom upstairs and a raised sitting area below. Bathing arrangements, bedding and internal stairs differ by room, so choose according to how you want to use the space as well as its view.
Travelling with children and choosing a stay
Children aged 12 or under can stay in the Deluxe Tatami Room or Maisonette Suite, with those family bookings arranged directly by telephone or email. Select a designated category rather than simply adding the family to a standard two-person room. The property suits a stay organized around quiet time in the room and garden, with meals and spa visits fitted around it. As some rooms have outdoor baths and others indoor tubs, personal bathing preferences can also guide the choice of accommodation.
Artificial-mineral baths and treatment appointments
The spa operates 06:00–10:30 and 15:00–23:30, with the men’s area on the first floor and women’s on the second. Facilities include indoor baths, outdoor baths using Komyoseki artificial-mineral water, stone bathing and saunas. Uka-supervised treatments require appointments: a 60-minute body session costs ¥16,100 and a 30-minute targeted session ¥8,050, including tax and service. Treatment exclusions include guests under 16, pregnant guests and intoxicated guests. Plan bathing and treatments separately according to their times and eligibility.
Dining in the teahouse and getting here
The 1913 sukiya-style teahouse serves seasonal courses based on Chinese cooking. Breakfast is 08:00–10:00 with last orders at 09:00; lunch 11:30–15:00 with last orders at 13:30; dinner 18:00–22:00 with last orders at 19:00. Lunch and dinner require advance reservations. Allow about ten minutes by taxi from Numazu Station, 20 from Mishima, or 20 by car from Numazu Interchange. The entrance is diagonally opposite the Bokusui museum, with parking immediately to the right after entering the grounds.
