濃厚な鶏白湯魚介と自家製麺

2026年11月の本店限定「岩のり背脂豚骨ラーメン」は11月2日からの案内で、1,200円、大盛りは150円追加です。濃厚な豚骨スープに背脂を加え、岩のりを載せています。別皿の豆板醤とおろしニンニクで、辛みや香りを好みに合わせられます。この限定麺は本店向けで、各支店の11月商品とは内容が異なります。
昼と夜の注文時刻、木曜定休
昼は11時～14時30分で最終注文も14時30分、夜は18～21時で最終注文20時45分です。午後は営業を休み、木曜が定休日です。夜の閉店直前を目指すより20時45分の注文終了を基準に移動できます。グループ内には夜17時開店や定休日なしの支店もありますが、本店はこの昼夜二部制です。昼食を取った後に観光へ回る日と、夕食として立ち寄る日を分けられます。
東台の14台駐車と小上がり
住所は東台1-5-31で、水戸南ICから車約15分です。駐車場は店へ向かって右側10台、左側4台で、普通車計14台が無料。店内にはカウンター4席と小上がり3卓があります。一人でカウンターを使う食事と、複数人で卓を囲む食事を選べる構成です。県外や市外の同系列店へ向かわないよう、本店の住所を目的地にして車の到着先を合わせられます。

Mujaki’s cooking centres on rich chicken paitan combined with seafood and house-made noodles. The Higashidai main shop is introduced with Mujaki soba and hand-kneaded-style chuka soba. It suits a lunch or evening stop centred on a bowl of ramen. Other restaurants in the group have different locations and specials, so select the main shop’s menu and operating hours when planning this visit.
November’s nori and pork-broth special
The main shop’s November 2026 special, introduced November 2, is nori and pork-backfat tonkotsu ramen at ¥1,200, with a large portion for ¥150 extra. Rich pork broth and backfat are topped with nori; separately served doubanjiang chilli-bean paste and grated garlic allow adjustments to heat and aroma. This announcement belongs to the main shop and differs from other branches’ November dishes.
Ordering times and Thursday closure
Lunch opens 11:00–14:30, with last order also 14:30. Evening service is 18:00–21:00, last order 20:45. There is an afternoon break and Thursday is the closing day. Plan an evening arrival around the 20:45 ordering cutoff. Some other branches start dinner at 17:00 or open daily, but this main shop follows the stated two-session schedule. It can be fitted before afternoon sightseeing or chosen as an evening meal.
Fourteen parking spaces and raised-floor tables
The address is 1-5-31 Higashidai, about fifteen minutes by car from Mito-minami Interchange. Facing the restaurant, parking has ten spaces on the right and four on the left, fourteen free car spaces in total. Inside are four counter seats and three raised-floor tables, offering different arrangements for an individual meal or a small group. Use the main shop’s address as the destination to distinguish it from the group’s restaurants elsewhere.
Other stops to combine within Mito
Combine Okushi Shell Mound sightseeing with meals in Higashidai or Motoyoshida while allowing driving time. Coordinate exhibit closing, the ramen shop’s afternoon break and sushi-shop holidays before returning to accommodation near the station or prefectural offices.
