健康ゾーンにはばら園、花の丘、越の池、緑の千畳敷、遊具エリアがあります。里山フィールドミュージアムには森や水辺、あそびの里が広がります。花のエリアは北側のウェルカムゲート、里山は南側の里山口が入口です。長岡ICから車でウェルカムゲート約10分、里山口約15分。開花や遊具の稼働は季節・天候で変わります。
入園料・駐車料金と休園日
入園は大人450円、65歳以上210円、中学生以下無料。65歳以上の料金には年齢を確認できる身分証が必要です。駐車料は普通車320円、二輪100円、大型車1,050円。大人2人・小学生1人・普通車1台なら通常合計1,220円です。
12～3月は入園無料、駐車は平日無料・土日祝有料です。4～12月は不定休、12月28日～1月1日は休園。1～3月は月曜休園で、祝日の場合は翌日が休園となります。
駅からのバスと冬季アクセス
長岡駅大手口6番乗り場から公園方面のバスで約40分。12～3月は陽光台4丁目が終点となり、ウェルカムゲートまで徒歩約10分です。7番乗り場のニュータウン行きも陽光台4丁目へ向かいますが、県立歴史博物館行きは同停留所を通りません。冬季は里山口とあそびの里が閉鎖されます。
2026年10月の利用変更
2026年10月24日の一般利用は9時30分～16時です。花火券を持つ人も一度退園し、16時30分から花火券所持者のみ再入園できます。一般利用の車は16時以降駐車場を使えません。花火は荒天で延期・中止となる場合があります。
2026年10月14日時点で、トレイルランニングコースN-12～N-13間の一部はハチの再発生により閉鎖中。駆除と安全確認後に開放予定です。

Entrances for flower gardens and woodland
The recreation zone includes the rose garden, flower hill, Koshino Pond, lawn and play areas. The Satoyama Field Museum has woods, waterside areas and Asobi no Sato. Use the northern Welcome Gate for the flower gardens or southern Satoyama entrance for woodland. From Nagaoka Interchange, driving takes about ten minutes to Welcome Gate or fifteen to Satoyama. Flowering and play-equipment availability vary seasonally and with weather.
Admission, parking and closing days
Admission is ¥450 adults, ¥210 ages sixty-five and older with proof of age, and free through junior-high school. Parking costs ¥320 cars, ¥100 motorcycles or ¥1,050 large vehicles. Two adults, an elementary-school child and one car normally total ¥1,220.
December–March admission is free; parking is free weekdays and charged weekends/holidays. Closing days are irregular April–December, with closure December 28–January 1. January–March closes Mondays, or the following day when Monday is a public holiday.
Station buses and winter access
Buses towards the park from stand six at Nagaoka Station’s Ote exit take about forty minutes. December–March services end at Yokodai 4-chome, about ten minutes on foot from Welcome Gate. New Town buses from stand seven also serve that stop; Prefectural Museum of History buses do not. Satoyama entrance and Asobi no Sato close in winter.
October 2026 access changes
General opening on October 24, 2026 is 09:30–16:00. All visitors, including fireworks-ticket holders, leave once; only fireworks-ticket holders may re-enter from 16:30. General visitors cannot use the car park after 16:00. Severe weather may postpone or cancel the fireworks.
As of October 14, 2026, part of trail-running route N-12–N-13 is closed due to renewed wasp activity, with reopening after removal and safety checks.
