230室と連泊清掃の表示方法
客室は230室。ダブルは18㎡以上、ツインは28㎡以上を中心に、無料無線LANや机を備えます。連泊で清掃を希望する場合は10時までに青いマグネットをドア外側へ、タオル交換のみなら灰色を表示します。どちらも出さないと清掃・タオル交換はありませんが、衛生上3日に1回は清掃します。6階のコインランドリーは宿泊者専用で24時間利用でき、現金は100円硬貨、対応アプリの電子決済も使えます。滞在日数に応じて洗濯と清掃を組み合わせられます。
朝食の前売り・当日料金と子ども

立体駐車場は普通車22台・ハイルーフ10台、先着順で予約不可。長さ5.05m・幅1.85m、普通車は高さ1.55m、ハイルーフは2.05mの制限があります。1泊1100円（税込）は14時～翌11時、それ以外は30分200円です。営業時間は月～土7～21時、日曜8～21時で、時間外は入出庫も再入庫もできません。満車やサイズ超過の場合は周辺駐車場を自己負担で利用します。深夜の車での外出予定がある場合は、この駐車場の制約を先に確認します。

堺区新町5-13、南海高野線堺東駅西口から徒歩約5分、阪神高速堺出口から車約3分。玄関は0～6時に施錠され、滞在中はカードキー、初回到着はインターホンで入館します。客室階へもカードキーが必要です。IN14時・OUT11時を基準に、夜間の建物入館と駐車場の入出庫を区別します。宿泊税は1人1泊の税抜き素泊まり相当額が5000円未満なら免税、5000円以上1万5000円未満200円、1万5000円以上2万円未満400円、2万円以上500円です。

Sakaihigashi access and late-night entrance security
At 5-13 Shinmachi, Sakai-ku, about five minutes from Sakaihigashi’s west exit or three minutes by car from Sakai exit. The entrance locks 00:00–06:00: staying guests use their key and arriving guests use the intercom. Guest-floor access also needs a key. Standard check-in is 14:00, checkout 11:00; building entry and vehicle access follow different rules. Osaka accommodation tax per person per night is exempt below ¥5,000 in the taxable room-only amount excluding consumption tax; ¥200 from ¥5,000 to below ¥15,000, ¥400 from ¥15,000 to below ¥20,000, and ¥500 from ¥20,000.
