水戸駅北口から徒歩約12分、南町2-6-7にあります。ダブルとクイーンは16.4㎡、ツイン20.5㎡、ユニバーサル21㎡で、全客室禁煙です。シモンズ製ベッドや無料インターネットを備え、標準は15時チェックイン・11時アウト、予約プランの時間が優先します。三の丸や中心街の散策と、夜の入浴をつなぐ宿として使えます。

10階の天然温泉とサウナ

男女の内湯には高萩市から運んだ手綱温泉を使用し、露天風呂、水風呂、高温ドライサウナもあります。利用は15～翌10時で、サウナのみ1～5時は休止。宿泊者向けの施設です。温泉の内湯と露天での外気を楽しみ、朝の入浴も組み込めます。大浴場内への食べ物やアルコールの持ち込みは不可です。

けんちん蕎麦とねばねば丼の朝食

1階Hatagoの朝食は6時30分～9時30分、最終入店9時で宿泊者限定です。大人2,000円、3歳～小学生1,000円、2歳以下無料、いずれも税込。常陸秋そばを使う具だくさんのけんちん蕎麦や、小鉢、納豆・オクラ・とろろなどで好みに作る丼が並びます。朝食込みと素泊まりの予約を分け、翌日の出発時刻に合わせて利用できます。

駐車料金と車両の利用条件

立体駐車場は52台の完全先着順で、2026年9月1日宿泊分から1泊1,000円税込です。入庫可能寸法は長5.3m・幅2.05m・高2.05m、重量2.5tまで等の条件があります。現在の道路・駐車条件は到着前にホテルへ確認してください。2026年11月1～7日は西側客室のベランダ清掃と防鳥ネット工事を10～17時に予定しています。作業音や振動が発生する場合があり、対象側の客室では作業時間中にレース・遮光カーテンを閉め、窓を施錠する案内です。ホテルと周辺にはバイクを置く場所がなく、バイク旅行とは駐車条件が異なります。

水戸市内で組み合わせる訪問先

偕楽園・歴史館と千波湖の周辺では、庭園の見学と湖畔の食事を組み合わせられます。宿や飲食店の専用駐車場と一般利用の駐車場は利用目的が異なり、訪問先ごとに車を停める場所を選べます。駅前の店へ移動する場合も、宿の到着時刻、飲食の注文終了、駐車料金を合わせて一日の予定を組めます。

Rooms and a stay in the centre

Located at 2-6-7 Minamimachi, about twelve minutes from the station’s north exit, the hotel offers 16.4-m² double and queen rooms, 20.5-m² twins and a 21-m² universal room. All are nonsmoking, with Simmons beds and free internet. Standard check-in/out is 15:00/11:00, subject to the booked plan. Combine central Mito or Sannomaru walks with an evening bath.

Tenth-floor hot-spring baths and sauna

The men’s and women’s indoor baths use Tazuna hot-spring water transported from Takahagi, with outdoor baths, cold baths and hot dry saunas alongside. Guest bathing runs 15:00–10:00 the following day; saunas close 1:00–5:00. Include a morning bath as well as an evening soak. Food and alcoholic drinks cannot be brought into the public baths.

Kenchin soba and a mix-your-own local breakfast bowl

Breakfast at first-floor Hatago is for hotel guests, served 6:30–9:30 with last entry at 9:00. Prices including tax are ¥2,000 adults, ¥1,000 ages three through primary school, and free for ages two and under. Dishes include vegetable-filled kenchin soba using Hitachi Aki buckwheat, small plates and bowls assembled with natto, okra, grated yam and other toppings. Choose a breakfast-inclusive or room-only plan around the next day’s departure.

Parking fees and vehicle conditions

The 52-space mechanical lot operates strictly first come, with a ¥1,000 tax-inclusive nightly fee for stays from September 1, 2026. Limits include length 5.3 m, width/height 2.05 m and weight 2.5 tonnes. Check current road and parking conditions with the hotel before arrival. West-side guestroom balconies and exterior walls are scheduled for cleaning and bird-net installation November 1–7, 2026, 10:00–17:00. Intermittent noise or vibration may occur; affected rooms are asked to keep both sheer and blackout curtains closed during work and windows locked. Neither the hotel nor its immediate surroundings provide motorcycle parking.

Other stops to combine within Mito

Around Kairakuen, the history museum and Lake Senba, combine garden visits with lakeside meals. Hotel and restaurant parking serves a different purpose from general public parking, so choose a parking place for each destination. When continuing to station-side dining, coordinate hotel arrival, food last orders and parking charges across the day.
