全室禁煙、展望風呂の有無で客室を選ぶ

大正ロマンと平成モダンの客室があり、展望温泉風呂付きのタイプも用意されています。すべての部屋に同じお風呂が付くわけではないため、予約する客室の設備を見て選びます。全室禁煙で、喫煙は指定のコーナーを利用します。客室入口には約10センチの段差があり、完全なバリアフリー客室ではありません。室内での動き方やお風呂の出入りが重要な場合は、部屋の形式を比較する段階で経路を確認できます。

男女入れ替えの浴場と隣接館の温泉

大浴場は15時から翌11時までで、2～4時は清掃と男女入れ替えのため休止します。夜と朝で異なる浴場を使えるため、館内で過ごす時間にも変化をつけられます。大浴場へは部屋のタオルを持参します。宿泊者は隣接する湯元啄木亭の空中露天風呂なども利用でき、貸切風呂は50分3,300円の案内があります。当館の日帰り入浴はなく、宿泊利用と隣接館の外来入浴を混同しない利用になります。

魚介中心の食事と子どもの料金

ビュッフェ会場「青函市場」は魚介を中心とした和洋中の料理で、肉料理の提供はありません。夕食は18時からの案内で、部屋食ではなく会場での食事です。小学生は大人料金の70％、3歳～未就学児は50％、0～2歳は無料という区分があります。3歳～未就学児で食事・布団なしの添い寝の場合も入館料3,300円がかかるため、子どもの年齢と食事・寝具の組み合わせを分けて予約します。

無料共用駐車場と送迎のない移動

湯川町1丁目18-15にあり、無料駐車場は啄木亭と合わせて約120台です。定期送迎や最寄り駅への送迎はありません。チェックイン前後の荷物預かりを利用し、街歩きと部屋で過ごす時間を分けられます。ペットは同伴できません。宿泊料金にはプランごとの食事条件があり、宿泊税は税抜き素泊まり相当額2万円未満200円、2万～5万円未満400円、5万～10万円未満1,000円、10万円以上2,500円で、1人1泊の市税・道税合計です。温泉入浴には別途、一般客100円の入湯税がかかり、15歳未満は免除です。

Choose a room and any in-room view bath

Taisho Roman and Heisei Modern room themes include categories with private hot-spring view baths. Bath facilities are not identical across every room, so select the specific category required. All guest rooms are non-smoking; designated corners are provided for smoking. Room entrances have a step of approximately ten centimetres, and the hotel does not offer fully barrier-free rooms. Room format and bathroom access therefore matter when comparing options for a stay involving mobility needs.

Use rotating baths and the adjoining hotel

Shared baths operate from 15:00 until 11:00 the next day, except 02:00–04:00 for cleaning and gender rotation. Evening and morning can therefore offer different bathing spaces. Bring towels from the room. Guests can also use specified baths at neighbouring Takubokutei, including its elevated outdoor bath; a private-bath option is listed at ¥3,300 for fifty minutes. Uminokaze itself does not offer day bathing, so distinguish overnight guest access from the adjoining hotel’s day-use arrangements.

Consider the seafood menu and child categories

Seikan Ichiba’s buffet focuses on fish and seafood in Japanese, Western and Chinese preparations, without meat dishes. Dinner is listed from 18:00 and is served in the restaurant rather than in guest rooms. Child categories are seventy percent of the adult charge for elementary pupils, fifty percent for ages three to preschool, and free for ages zero to two. Ages three to preschool sharing bedding without meals still incur a ¥3,300 facility charge, so select age, food and bedding accurately.

Plan arrival using shared parking or public transport

At 1-18-15 Yunokawa-cho, free parking totals approximately 120 spaces together with Takubokutei. There is no regular shuttle or station transfer. Luggage storage before or after the stay helps divide sightseeing from room time. Pets are not accepted. Meal inclusion follows the chosen plan, and combined city/prefectural accommodation tax per person/night is ¥200 for a tax-exclusive room-only charge below ¥20,000, ¥400 for ¥20,000–under ¥50,000, ¥1,000 for ¥50,000–under ¥100,000, and ¥2,500 from ¥100,000. General onsen bathers also pay a separate ¥100 bathing tax; under-fifteens are exempt.
