INN THE PARK 沼津は、元の林間学校を改装した本館と、森のテント、一棟貸しの宿泊棟を組み合わせた施設です。目の前の市営公園で過ごし、夜は木々に囲まれた部屋へ戻れます。街のホテルとは移動や水回りの条件が異なるため、食事、荷物、部屋の空調を一緒に選ぶと滞在を楽しめます。

球体テントと宿泊棟の違い
球体テントのデラックスは11.3㎡で、大人2人と12歳以下の添寝2人まで。ミニは6.8㎡で合計2人、エアコンはなく季節の送風・暖房器具を使います。デラックスやスイート、ドームテントには冷暖房があります。一棟貸しの通常宿泊棟は193㎡、4寝室を人数に応じて開放し、室内トイレ付きです。愛犬は専用宿泊棟のみで大型犬2頭まで、球体テントは同伴できません。
共用の風呂とサニタリー棟
テント内には風呂もトイレもありません。エリア内のサニタリー棟は最遠の球体テントから徒歩約1分で、トイレ・シャワー・洗面を備え、15時～翌10時に利用できます。大浴場のある風呂棟へは坂と階段を上がり約4分。大浴場は17～23時、翌7時30分～9時30分はシャワーのみです。宿泊棟にも風呂はないため共用棟を使います。夜間の移動や小さな子どもとの入浴も、この配置で準備できます。
食事は到着前に決める
夕食付きのチェックインは15～17時、夕食なしは15～21時です。周囲に徒歩で気軽に行ける飲食店はなく、最寄りコンビニは約2.7km先。事前予約のない当日フード販売はないため、素泊まりなら食事を済ませるか飲食物を持参します。追加は前日正午までの相談で、受入状況によります。持込飲食は客室内のみで、サロンや屋外ダイニングへは持ち込めません。食事付きと素泊まりで準備が変わります。
荷物・予約と愛鷹へのアクセス
沼津ICから約3.5km・車約9分、沼津駅からタクシー約18分です。路線バスはあしたか運動公園下車後、上り坂を徒歩約12分で、送迎はありません。無料駐車場はチェックイン前後も利用できます。敷地に階段や段差、ウッドチップの道があり、大きなスーツケースやベビーカーは運びにくいため、持ち歩く荷物を小さくできます。予約は毎月1日10時に3か月先の1か月分をオンラインで受け付けます。

INN THE PARK Numazu combines a renovated former outdoor-school building with forest tents and whole-building cottages. Spend time in the municipal park outside, then return to accommodation surrounded by trees. Movement around the grounds and shared washing facilities differ from an urban hotel, making meal plans, luggage and room climate control useful considerations when choosing the stay.

Suspended tents and whole cottages
Deluxe spherical tents measure 11.3 m² and accommodate two adults plus two bed-sharing children aged 12 or under. The 6.8-m² Mini takes two people in total and has seasonal cooling or heating appliances rather than air conditioning. Deluxe, Suite and Dome categories have air conditioning. Standard whole-building cottages offer 193 m², with four bedrooms opened according to party size and toilets inside. Dogs are accepted only in the designated cottage, up to two large dogs; they cannot stay in spherical tents.
Shared baths and sanitary facilities
Tents contain neither baths nor toilets. The sanitary building provides toilets, showers and washbasins from 15:00 to 10:00 the next day, roughly one minute from the most distant spherical tent. The separate bathhouse is around four minutes away up a slope and steps. Its large baths operate 17:00–23:00; from 07:30 to 09:30 the next morning only showers are available. Cottages also use shared bathing rather than in-room tubs. Consider these distances when planning nighttime movement and bathing with young children.
Arrange meals before arrival
Check-in is 15:00–17:00 for dinner-inclusive stays or 15:00–21:00 without dinner. There are no easily walkable restaurants nearby; the nearest convenience store is about 2.7 km away. No unreserved food is sold for same-day meals, so room-only guests should eat first or bring provisions. Request meal additions by noon the previous day, subject to availability. Brought-in food and drink may be consumed in rooms, but not in the salon or outdoor dining area. Prepare differently for a meal plan and a self-catered stay.
Luggage, reservations and reaching Ashitaka
The property is about 3.5 km or nine minutes by car from Numazu Interchange, and around 18 minutes by taxi from Numazu Station. A public bus reaches Ashitaka Undo Koen, followed by a 12-minute uphill walk; there is no shuttle. Free parking is available before and after check-in. Steps, uneven levels and woodchip paths make large suitcases and pushchairs difficult to move, so smaller carried bags help. Online reservations for a month three months ahead open at 10:00 on the first of each month.
