赤レンガ倉庫で食事を楽しむ

所在地は函館ヒストリープラザ内、末広町14-12です。倉庫の雰囲気を楽しみながら、つまみや洋食を組み合わせられます。北海道産のじゃがいも料理やソーセージ、函館らしい魚介を使う料理などがあり、食事中心でも飲み物中心でも注文を考えられます。全席禁煙で、喫煙は指定の場所を使います。港や金森周辺を歩いた後に休憩する日も、夕方からゆっくり食事をする日も利用できます。

洋食、じゃがいも、ジンギスカンの価格

手こねハンバーグのデミグラスソースは1,485円、手造りカニクリームコロッケ1,562円、イカバター鉄板焼き2,365円です。男爵いもの塩煮は825円、男爵芋と塩辛の波止場焼き990円。ジンギスカンビヤホール風は4,917円、ミニサイズ2,145円で、食べたい量に合わせて選べます。寿司・刺身は毎週水曜に扱いが休みとなるので、魚介を目当てにする場合も、その日のメニューの種類を分けて選びます。

予約は3日前、受付終了と休業を分ける

ネットの新規予約は来店3日前までで、席の指定はできません。宴会コースの人数変更は前日までとなります。予約受付が終了している日時でも、店全体の休業とは限らず、当日の来店客を案内する場合があります。食事の開始時刻が重要な日は予約枠と予定をそろえます。2027年1月20日・21日は設備点検による休業予定です。通常無休の案内と、この点検による例外を分けて旅行日を選べます。

21時ラストオーダー、徒歩と駐車サービス

平日は11時30分～21時30分、土日祝は11時開店で、ラストオーダーは21時です。函館駅から徒歩15分、十字街電停から徒歩5分。車はタイムズ金森赤レンガ倉庫を利用でき、1,000円以上の利用で2時間まで無料になるサービスがあります。会計時に駐車券を使い、食事後の散策時間も含めて駐車時間を考えます。運転する人はアルコールを飲まず、食事とソフトドリンクの組み合わせを選べます。

Hakodate Beerhall offers meals and drinks inside the Kanemori red-brick warehouse setting. Choices range from beer accompaniments to Western dishes and jingisukan, allowing a food-centred visit with companions who do not drink alcohol. It provides a seated meal after walking along the waterfront.

Dine within the red-brick warehouse setting

At 14-12 Suehiro-cho inside Hakodate History Plaza, the restaurant combines warehouse atmosphere with snacks and Western-style meals. Hokkaido potato dishes, sausages and seafood options allow either a full meal or food alongside drinks. All seats are non-smoking, with a designated smoking area. It can provide a break after exploring Kanemori and the harbour, or a longer evening meal when there is time to stay in the waterfront district.

Compare Western dishes and local accompaniments

The handmade hamburger steak with demi-glace costs ¥1,485, crab cream croquettes ¥1,562 and whole-squid butter teppan dish ¥2,365. Salt-boiled potatoes are ¥825 and potatoes baked with shiokara ¥990. Beerhall-style jingisukan costs ¥4,917, or ¥2,145 for a mini serving. Choose portions according to appetite. Sushi and sashimi are not served on Wednesdays, so a seafood-focused visit still needs to distinguish these dishes from other fish and shellfish preparations.

Book ahead and distinguish booking limits from closures

New online reservations require at least three days’ notice and cannot specify seats. Party-course headcount changes are accepted until the previous day. A date closed to reservations does not necessarily mean the whole restaurant is closed; walk-in guests may still be seated. Align any time-critical meal with an available booking. January 20 and 21, 2027 are scheduled maintenance closures, an exception to the usual no-regular-closure arrangement rather than a recurring weekly day off.

Use walking access or validated parking

Weekdays run 11:30–21:30; weekends and holidays start at 11:00, with last orders always 21:00. Walk fifteen minutes from Hakodate Station or five from Jujigai tram stop. Times Kanemori parking offers up to two hours free for restaurant spending of at least ¥1,000. Use the parking ticket at payment and include any later walk in the total stay. Drivers can choose food and non-alcoholic drinks while companions select their own beverages.
