割子そばと鴨なんばん

割子そばは、重ねた丸い器のそばに薬味とだしを直接かける出雲の食べ方です。甘皮ごとひいたそばのほか、鴨肉とねぎを合わせた温かい鴨なんばん、天ぷら、うどんもあります。

武家屋敷跡での食事

松江藩の剣術指南役、大石源内の屋敷跡にある店です。松江城北側の堀沿い、塩見縄手の散策と合わせて食事を楽しめます。

営業時間と休業日

営業時間は10時30分～13時30分で、そばがなくなり次第終了します。2026年10月は木曜定休に加え、30日も休業です。

アクセス・駐車場・予約人数

JR松江駅からタクシー約10分、レイクラインの小泉八雲記念館停留所から徒歩1分です。店舗左隣に6台分の駐車場があり、入口は狭めです。満車時は有料の城山西駐車場を利用できます。13名以上の予約は受け付けていません。

Warigo soba and duck noodles

Warigo soba comes in stacked round bowls, with toppings and broth poured directly over the noodles. The buckwheat is milled with its inner husk. Other choices include hot duck nanban noodles with duck and leek, tempura and udon.

Dining in a former samurai residence

The restaurant occupies the former residence of Oishi Gennai, a sword instructor for the Matsue domain. It is a lunch stop along Shiomi Nawate beside the moat north of Matsue Castle.

Hours and closures

Hours are 10:30–13:30, closing earlier if the soba sells out. In October 2026, the restaurant closes on Thursdays and additionally on October 30.

Access, parking and group size

The shop is about 10 minutes by taxi from JR Matsue Station or a one-minute walk from the Lake Line’s Lafcadio Hearn Memorial Museum stop. Six parking spaces are to the left of the shop, with a narrow entrance. Paid parking is available at Shiroyama Nishi when the shop’s spaces are full. Reservations for 13 or more are not accepted.
