駅からのアクセスと客室

一畑電車・松江しんじ湖温泉駅から徒歩1分です。JR松江駅からはタクシー約10分、路線バスでしんじ湖温泉駅まで約18分。客室には宍道湖を望むLake Viewと、街側のCity Sideがあります。

食事と宿泊条件

チェックインは15時、チェックアウトは11時です。朝食バイキングは7時～9時30分（最終注文9時）、夕食は17～21時（最終注文20時30分）。混雑時の夕食は90分の二部制となる場合があります。通常の取消料は7～3日前20％、2日前50％、前日80％、当日・不泊100％です。

展望温泉と日帰り入浴

展望大浴場は西館6階で、温泉とオートロウリュサウナの案内があります。日帰り入浴は大人1,500円、3歳～小学生500円、3歳未満無料。水～日曜は7:00～10:00（受付9:00まで）・13:00～22:00（受付21:00まで）、清掃点検の月・火曜は7:00～9:00（受付8:00まで）・16:00～22:00（受付21:00まで）です。対象レストラン2,000円以上の利用で追加500円の入浴は月・火曜を除き、レストランで受付します。

駐車場と利用料金

駐車場はホテル西隣にあり、宍道湖側と駅側に入口があります。普通車は宿泊者1泊500円、一般利用60分300円。レストラン利用は3時間まで無料です。日帰り入浴の際は駐車券をフロントへお持ちください。

Station access and rooms

The hotel is a one-minute walk from Ichibata Railway’s Matsue Shinjiko Onsen Station. From JR Matsue Station, allow about 10 minutes by taxi or 18 minutes by bus to Shinjiko Onsen Station. Rooms include Lake View rooms overlooking Lake Shinji and City Side rooms facing the town.

Dining and stay terms

Check-in is 15:00 and check-out is 11:00. Breakfast buffet runs 07:00–09:30, with last orders at 09:00; dinner runs 17:00–21:00, with last orders at 20:30. Dinner may use two 90-minute sittings during busy periods. Standard cancellation fees are 20% from seven to three days before, 50% two days before, 80% the day before, and 100% on the day or for no-shows.

Panoramic baths and day bathing

The viewing bath is on the west wing’s sixth floor, with a hot spring and automatic loyly sauna. Day bathing costs ¥1,500 for adults, ¥500 for ages 3 through elementary school, and is free under 3. Wednesday–Sunday: 7:00–10:00, last entry 9:00, and 13:00–22:00, last entry 21:00. Monday/Tuesday cleaning days: 7:00–9:00, last entry 8:00, and 16:00–22:00, last entry 21:00. Bathing for an extra ¥500 after spending at least ¥2,000 at eligible restaurants excludes Monday/Tuesday and is arranged at the restaurant.

Parking and charges

Parking is west of the hotel, with entrances on the lake side and station side. Cars cost ¥500 per night for overnight guests or ¥300 per hour for general use. Restaurant customers receive up to three hours free. Day-bath visitors should bring their parking ticket to reception.
