島根県民会館有料駐車場は、殿町の城下町散策に使える有料駐車場です。会館の大規模改修中も営業を続け、利用できない敷地内駐車場とは区別されます。休館期間中の台数と割引の対象を押さえ、城や周辺施設への徒歩観光に使えます。

会館の休館と営業する有料駐車場

県民会館は2026年6月1日～2027年10月31日に全館休館予定で、大ホールは2028年1月の再開予定です。この間、敷地内駐車場は使えませんが、提携する有料駐車場は引き続き利用できます。休館中の収容は100台です。公演のために会館へ向かう行程とは分け、城下町の見学や仮事務所での手続きに利用する場所として考えられます。

三十分百円と出庫前の精算

通常料金は30分100円で24時間営業です。スマートパークとなっており、出庫の前に必ず精算機で事前精算を行います。スマートフォンアプリからの精算にも対応。車へ戻ったらそのまま出口へ進むのではなく、出庫前の手続きを済ませる流れにするとスムーズです。見学施設で受け取る割引券がある場合は、精算時に適用してから出庫できます。

仮事務所の割引と対象外の近隣駐車場

県民会館の仮事務所は殿町369のサンラポーむらくも3階で、平日10～16時、土日祝休みです。仮事務所を訪ねる人はスタッフへ申し出てQRコードの割引券を受け取ります。近隣のタイムズ国宝松江城前駐車場は別施設で、会館休館中は提携割引がありません。どの駐車場を使うかを決めてから、適用する券の対象も揃えておけます。

車幅と混雑時の入出庫

駐車できる車幅は3m以内で、バイクやマイクロバス等は利用できません。道路での入庫待ちはバスの通行を妨げるためできず、満車時は安全確保のため入出庫を一時制限する場合があります。城周辺の見学と合わせる日は、車を停めて徒歩へ切り替え、周辺の店舗や月極区画へ車を置かないよう目的地までの道を組めます。

The closed hall and the operating paid lot

The hall’s full closure is scheduled June 1, 2026–October 31, 2027, with the main auditorium expected to reopen in January 2028. Its onsite grounds parking is unavailable, but this affiliated paid lot remains accessible with one hundred spaces during closure. Use it for castle-town visits or temporary-office business, separately from plans to attend events in the closed building.

Half-hour charging and payment before departure

The ordinary rate is ¥100 per thirty minutes, with twenty-four-hour operation. The lot uses Smart Park and requires payment at a machine before exiting; smartphone-app payment is also available. Complete the payment step before driving towards the exit. If you have received an applicable discount voucher, apply it during settlement before departure.

Temporary-office discounts and neighbouring lots

The temporary hall office is on floor three of Sunrapport Murakumo, 369 Tono-machi, open weekdays 10:00–16:00 and closed weekends/holidays. Visitors request a QR discount voucher from office staff. Nearby Times National Treasure Matsue Castle Front is a separate lot with no hall-affiliation discount during closure. Match any voucher to the parking facility actually used.

Vehicle width and access when busy

Vehicles must be no wider than three metres; motorcycles, minibuses and similar vehicles cannot park. Do not queue on the road, where waiting obstructs buses. Entry and exit may be temporarily restricted when full for safety. For castle-area visits, switch to walking after parking and use the designated lot rather than nearby shops’ or monthly spaces.
