2026年改装後の5種類の客室
2026年7月31日にリニューアルオープンしました。13㎡のシングル・ダブル、18㎡のツイン、21㎡のトリプル・和室があり、和室は最大4名の布団利用に対応します。ツインはベッド幅120cmまたは140cmのタイプがあります。全室に個別操作のエアコンと照明、スマートテレビを備え、Wi-Fiも利用可。ひとりの出張、友人同士、家族など、人数と寝具に合う部屋を選びます。過去の改修休館は終了しているため、改装後の設備で滞在できます。
朝食の予約経路条件と夜のご飯サービス
朝食は1階で6時30分～9時、和洋ビュッフェを提供し、通常1000円です。公式サイトまたは電話予約では朝食無料の条件があります。夕方18時30分～21時はご飯とみそ汁を無料で用意し、買ってきた惣菜を持ち込んで食べられます。おかずまで含む無料夕食ではなく、自分で用意する内容と組み合わせるサービスです。団体には有料の夕食ビュッフェも手配できます。会場の団体貸切時は別の対応となるため、食事付き団体利用は事前に内容をそろえます。
男女別大浴場と24時間フロント
大浴場は男女別で15～24時、翌6時30分～9時に利用できます。チェックイン15時、チェックアウト10時で、フロントには24時間スタッフがいます。予約時の到着予定より遅れる場合は連絡が必要です。1階にはコインランドリー、館内には自販機や共用電子レンジもあり、荷物預かりや宅配便受付などに対応します。朝の入浴と朝食はともに9時で終了するため、出発前に両方使う日は入浴・食事・荷造りの順番を考えて動きます。
予約制45台の駐車場と市内アクセス
堺区大町東4丁2-30。宿院電停徒歩約6分、堺東駅約12分、堺駅約17分です。駐車場は敷地内と周辺を合わせ45台分、電話予約制で出入庫可。普通車は第1が1泊1000円、第2～4が700円、大型車は別料金です。車の予約と宿泊予約の両方をそろえます。宿泊税は1人1泊の税抜き素泊まり相当額が5000円未満なら免税、5000円以上1万5000円未満200円、1万5000円以上2万円未満400円、2万円以上500円です。

Five room categories following the 2026 renewal
The hotel reopened on July 31, 2026. Categories include 13 m² singles and doubles, 18 m² twins, and 21 m² triples and Japanese rooms; the latter accommodate up to four on futons. Twin types have either 120 cm or 140 cm-wide beds. Individually controlled air conditioning and lighting, smart televisions and Wi-Fi support different routines. Choose the room and bedding arrangement for a solo visit, friends or family. The previously announced renovation closure has ended, so accommodation now uses the renewed rooms and facilities.
Breakfast booking conditions and evening rice service
Breakfast is a Japanese-Western buffet on the ground floor, 06:30–09:00, normally ¥1,000. It is free under the direct website or telephone booking offer. From 18:30 to 21:00, complimentary rice and miso soup can accompany side dishes bought elsewhere. This service does not include a complete free dinner. A separately charged dinner buffet can be arranged for groups. When the restaurant is hired exclusively, alternative service arrangements apply; coordinate group meals and meeting use in advance.
Separate baths and round-the-clock reception
Separate male and female baths operate 15:00–24:00 and 06:30–09:00 the next morning. Check-in begins at 15:00, checkout is 10:00 and reception is staffed around the clock. Notify the hotel when arrival will be later than booked. Ground-floor laundry, vending machines, a shared microwave, luggage storage and parcel handling support longer stays. Both the morning bath period and breakfast end at 09:00, so arrange bathing, eating and packing in a workable order before departure.
Reserved parking for forty-five cars and city access
At 4-2-30 Omachihigashi, Sakai-ku, about six minutes from Shukuin tram stop, twelve from Sakaihigashi and seventeen from Sakai Station. Forty-five on-site/nearby parking spaces require telephone reservation and allow re-entry. Ordinary cars cost ¥1,000 per night in lot 1 or ¥700 in lots 2–4; larger vehicles have separate charges. Arrange parking as well as accommodation. Osaka accommodation tax per person per night is exempt below ¥5,000 in the taxable room-only amount excluding consumption tax; ¥200 from ¥5,000 to below ¥15,000, ¥400 from ¥15,000 to below ¥20,000, and ¥500 from ¥20,000.
