シングルは13㎡で1名、セミダブルは13.6㎡で2名を基本とし、クイーン・ツイン・和洋室・ユニバーサルルームもあります。全室の風呂にテレビを設置し、フロントでは入浴剤の配布やアロマの貸し出しを行います。宿泊者は系列「御宿野乃松江」の大浴場を利用できますが、先に当ホテルのフロントへ申し出て手形を受け取り、現地で提示する必要があります。

朝食の割子そばと夜の軽食

1階レストランの宿泊者向け朝食は6時30分～9時30分、最終入店9時。出雲そばは割子の器で3種の薬味を楽しみ、カツライスや小鉢、和洋のおかずも選べます。料金は税込で大人1,500円、3歳以上小学生以下900円、2歳以下無料。21時30分～23時は同じく1階で醤油味の夜鳴きそばを無料提供し、外食後の小さな一杯にもできます。

ランドリーと宿泊税、荷物預かり

2・10階のランドリーは24時間で洗濯機無料、乾燥機は2階30分100円・10階20分100円です。チェックイン前の荷物預かりに対応し、チェックアウト後は当日中まで。宿泊は基本15時イン・11時アウトで、料金は日付・客室・食事条件により変わります。松江市の宿泊税は税抜き素泊まり相当額5,000円以上で1人1泊200円、未満なら免除です。

駅からの道と先着順の駐車場

Room bathrooms and a different property’s bath

Single rooms are thirteen square metres for one guest and semi-doubles 13.6 square metres for two; queen, twin, Japanese-Western and universal rooms are alternatives. Every bathroom has a TV, with bath additives and aroma loans available at reception. Staying guests can use the communal bath at the separate Onyado Nono Matsue property, but must first request a pass from this hotel’s reception and present it there.

Warigo soba at breakfast and an evening snack

Guest breakfast in the first-floor restaurant runs 06:30–09:30, last entry 09:00. Izumo soba comes in warigo bowls with three toppings, alongside katsu rice, small dishes and Japanese/Western choices. Tax-inclusive prices are ¥1,500 for adults, ¥900 from age three through primary school and free for ages two and under. Complimentary light soy-sauce Yonaki Soba is served on the first floor from 21:30–23:00.

Laundry, accommodation tax and luggage storage

Laundry rooms on floors two and ten operate around the clock. Washing machines are free; dryers cost ¥100 per thirty minutes on floor two or per twenty minutes on floor ten. Luggage can be held before check-in and until the end of checkout day. Standard arrival/departure is 15:00/11:00; prices vary by date, room and meals. Matsue accommodation tax is ¥200 per person/night at a tax-exclusive room-only equivalent of at least ¥5,000, otherwise exempt.

Station access and first-come parking

Walk around three minutes from the station’s north exit, or drive around ten minutes from Matsue-Nishi IC. Six spaces behind the hotel and thirty in a second lot are first-come without advance reservations, ¥1,200 per night. There is no dedicated motorcycle area; contact the hotel beforehand about possible use of car spaces for around two medium motorcycles. Available spaces are uncovered concrete and free; nearby alternatives are suggested when full. Smoking booths are on floors five and seven.
