焚火付きコテージと設備を選ぶ
TAKIBI4は定員四名のコテージで、屋内に冷暖房、シャワー、トイレ、冷蔵庫、ソファーベッドを備えます。外にはBBQグリルや焚火台がありますが、焚火の場所には雨よけがなく雨天は利用できません。ペットは全ての部屋で同伴できるわけではなく、対応するコテージやテントサイトを選ぶ方式です。犬を連れる場合は予防接種証明書などの条件もあります。
食事付きと素泊まりで準備が違う
TAKIBI4の二食付きは、夕朝食に加え、炭・網・着火剤などの調理用品と人数分のカトラリー、薪一束を含みます。夕食はテラスで自分たちで焼くBBQです。素泊まりは食材を持参するか追加注文し、グリルはあっても網と燃料は付きません。食材は持ち込めますがBBQ機材や焚火用品は持込不可。料金は日付・人数・施設と食事内容の組み合わせで決まります。
入退場、Wi-Fiと夜の過ごし方
コテージは15～19時到着、食事付きは18時まで、チェックアウト7時30分～10時です。テントサイトは13～19時到着、12時までに退出します。現地フロントは水・木定休（繁忙期除く）で、営業日は予約カレンダーに沿います。15時前はコテージの清掃時間で入場できません。客室内に有線・無線のネット環境はなく、無料Wi-Fiはフロント周辺と森のカフェ＆ダイニングに限ります。花火と直火は禁止、22時以降は静かに過ごす時間です。
森の中の移動と予約の仕組み
西武秩父駅からミューズパーク循環バスで約20分、スポーツの森下車後フロントまで徒歩3分。車は花園ICから約40分です。コテージ区域へは原則車を入れられず、場内駐車場付きの対象棟だけ指定区画を利用できます。荷物用カートの貸出があります。宿泊者は樹音の湯を無料利用可能。オンライン予約は会員登録が必要で、通常三か月前の同日午前0時から受け付けます。
秩父市内で組み合わせる訪問先
市街の見学、吉田・荒川の立ち寄り、大滝や三峰の山道では移動に必要な時間が異なります。食事の注文締切と宿への到着時間を合わせ、関連する施設へ車や鉄道で続く行程を組めます。駐車場はそれぞれの施設・地域での利用条件に合わせて選べます。

Choose a cottage and the outdoor equipment it includes
TAKIBI 4 cottages accommodate four and include heating/cooling, a shower, toilet, fridge and sofa beds. Outdoor equipment includes a barbecue grill and fire pit, but the fire area lacks rain shelter and cannot be used in rain. Pets are accepted only in designated accommodation and tent sites, rather than throughout all room categories. Guests bringing a dog also follow vaccination-certificate requirements attached to pet use.
Meal-inclusive and room-only plans supply different items
A TAKIBI 4 two-meal plan includes dinner and breakfast, barbecue supplies such as charcoal, mesh and firelighter, utensils for each guest and a bundle of firewood. Guests cook dinner themselves on the terrace. Room-only plans provide the grill without mesh or fuel; bring food or order optional ingredients. Food may be brought, but barbecue and fire equipment may not. Prices depend on date, party size, accommodation and the selected meal arrangement.
Arrival rules, connectivity and evenings
Cottage arrival is 15:00–19:00, or by 18:00 with meals, and departure 07:30–10:00. Tent sites allow arrival 13:00–19:00 and departure by noon. Reception lists Wednesday and Thursday closures except peak periods; operating dates follow the reservation calendar. Cottage access before 15:00 is unavailable during cleaning. There is no wired or wireless internet in the cottages; free Wi-Fi is limited to reception and Mori no Café & Dining. Fireworks and ground fires are prohibited, and guests keep noise down after 22:00.
Getting around the site and reserving
From Seibu-Chichibu, take the Muse Park circular bus about twenty minutes to Sports no Mori, then walk three minutes to reception. Driving from Hanazono IC takes about forty minutes. Cars generally cannot enter the cottage area; only qualifying units use designated internal spaces, with luggage carts available. Staying guests use Jyune no Yu free. Online booking requires membership registration and normally opens at midnight on the corresponding date three months before arrival.
Other stops to combine within Chichibu
Central sightseeing, stops in Yoshida or Arakawa, and mountain roads towards Otaki or Mitsumine require different travel times. Fit meal-order deadlines and accommodation arrival around the next stop by car or railway. Choose related parking according to its own facility or area and the applicable use conditions.
