生産とつながる黒豚料理

霧島高原ロイヤルポークが手がける産直レストランです。バークシャー種の黒豚を使い、飼育から食卓までつながる料理を提供しています。とんかつを中心に、部位ごとの脂身と赤身の違いを味わえる店です。

ロースと食べ比べの価格

通常の黒豚ロースかつ定食は、公式ホームとリンク先メニュー画像のいずれも2,850円（税込）です。黒豚三味かつ定食はホームに2,870円（税込）と掲載されています。特上ロースかつ定食は、メニュー画像が3,700円、ホームが3,680円と掲載額が異なります。

熟成プレミアムの定食

熟成プレミアムロースかつ定食はメニュー画像に3,500円、熟成プレミアムヒレ＆ロースかつ定食は3,680円と掲載されています。一方、ホームの掲載額はそれぞれ3,400円、3,580円です。いずれも税込で、ヒレとロースを一緒に楽しめる組み合わせもあります。

昼の営業時間に合わせて訪れる

平日は11～15時、土日祝は10時30分～15時で、ラストオーダーは14時30分。水曜定休です。公式サイトはスマートフォン・パソコンからの順番受付も案内しています。鹿児島空港から車で約25分、霧島神宮から約5分で、駐車場があります。神宮参拝と合わせる場合も、食事の受付が終わる時刻までに到着する行程にします。

Pork from a producer-linked restaurant

Operated by Kirishima Kogen Royal Pork, the restaurant connects pork production with the table. Its Berkshire pork cutlets offer a way to compare the balance of lean meat and fat in different cuts.

The regular loin cutlet set is ¥2,850 including tax on both the official homepage and linked menu image. The homepage lists the three-cut set at ¥2,870 including tax. The special loin set is listed at ¥3,700 in the menu image and ¥3,680 on the homepage.

Aged premium cutlet sets

Parking is available. Allow about twenty-five minutes from Kagoshima Airport or five from Kirishima Jingu by car. Fit the meal within the lunch window when combining it with worship.
