玉造温泉若竹寿しは、温泉街で寿司や海鮮丼、山陰の魚を使う料理を楽しめる店です。にぎりの一人前から刺身まで選べ、宿の食事とは別に温泉街で夕食を取りたい時にも使えます。夜は料理と飲み物の締切が異なるため、入浴や散策の時間と合わせて訪ねられます。

九貫のにぎりと海鮮丼

にぎりは9貫で並1,320円、上1,760円、特上2,200円。好みのネタを選ぶにぎりは2貫132～990円です。海鮮丼は10種類1,650円、プレミアムは11種類2,200円で、寿司飯と魚をまとめて楽しめます。にぎりを一人前にするか丼を選ぶかで食事の量や組み合わせを考えられ、追加で刺身を添える選び方もできます。

あごの刺身と山陰の魚

港から入る魚を扱い、飛魚を松江で呼ぶ「あご」の刺身880円など、土地の食材を選べます。刺身5種盛り1,650円、白いか990円、水だこ990円、さざえの活造り990円なども用意。松葉がにやのどぐろ、島根の地酒を楽しむ料理構成で、季節や水揚げに応じた魚と合わせて食事を組み立てられます。特定の魚を目的にする場合は季節も考えて選べます。

食事と飲み物の締切、席の条件

昼は11時30分～14時、最終注文13時30分。夜は17時30分～20時30分で、料理は19時30分、飲み物は20時が締切です。木曜と1月1～4日は休み。全30席でカウンターや座敷があり、8～17名向けの座敷個室も備えます。子ども連れは利用でき、ペット同伴はできません。店内は全面禁煙で、喫煙は屋外の指定場所です。

温泉下バス停から歩く、専用六台

所在地は玉湯町玉造83-6で、専用駐車6台があります。JR玉造温泉駅から車約3分、温泉下バス停から徒歩約3分。JR松江駅から車約15分、出雲空港から約20分の案内です。温泉街に泊まる日は、先に宿へ荷物を置いて食事へ出る行程にもできます。昼夜で営業時間が区切られるため、夕方の散策や入浴は夜の料理締切より前に余裕を残して組めます。

Wakatake Sushi serves nigiri, seafood rice bowls and regional fish dishes in Tamatsukuri Onsen. Choices from individual sushi sets to sashimi make it an option for dinner outside a lodging’s meal plan. Evening food and drink deadlines differ, so coordinate them with bathing and walks through the resort.

Nine-piece nigiri sets and seafood bowls

Nine-piece nigiri sets cost ¥1,320, ¥1,760 or ¥2,200. Individual choices range from ¥132 to ¥990 for two pieces. A ten-variety seafood bowl is ¥1,650 and an eleven-variety premium bowl ¥2,200. Choose a set or bowl according to appetite, with sashimi available as an additional dish.

Flying-fish sashimi and regional seafood

The shop sources fish from ports and serves flying fish, locally called ago, as sashimi for ¥880. Other choices include five-variety sashimi ¥1,650, white squid ¥990, octopus ¥990 and live-prepared turban shell ¥990. Regional offerings include Matsuba crab, nodoguro and Shimane sake, with fish choices shaped by season and landings.

Food and drink deadlines and seating arrangements

Lunch is 11:30–14:00, last orders 13:30. Dinner runs 17:30–20:30, with food orders ending 19:30 and drinks 20:00. Thursdays and January 1–4 are closed. Thirty seats include counters and tatami, with a private tatami room for eight to seventeen people. Children are welcome, pets are not accepted, and indoor areas are nonsmoking with a designated outdoor smoking space.

Walk from Onsen-shimo or use six parking spaces

Six dedicated spaces are provided at 83-6 Tamatsukuri. It is roughly three minutes by car from JR Tamatsukuri-Onsen Station or three minutes on foot from Onsen-shimo bus stop. Listed driving times are around fifteen minutes from JR Matsue Station and twenty from Izumo Airport. Staying in the resort allows you to leave luggage at the lodging before eating out. Arrange evening walking and bathing to leave time before the food-order deadline.
