湯波をいろいろな形で食べる御膳
店の中心となるのは、日光名物の湯波を使ったゆば御膳です。ふじや、海老屋から仕入れる湯波を使い、同じ大豆の食材を異なる料理で味わえる内容になっています。門前町を歩く途中でまとまった昼食を取る場所として利用でき、湯波を一品だけ試す食べ歩きとは違う、席に着いて御膳を楽しむ食事です。社寺の見学前後に食事の時間を取れます。
2026年7月からの料金とゆば刺し
2026年7月1日から、ゆば御膳は税込2,700円、ゆばの御刺身は税込1,300円です。御刺身はとろりとした湯波を味わう別の一品で、御膳と一緒にも注文できます。御膳だけの食事と刺身を加える食事で予算が変わるため、一人分の御膳価格と追加料理を分けて選べます。
コーヒーと甘味の立ち寄り
コーヒーは日光の水と選んだ豆を使い、ハンドドリップで淹れています。紅茶やクリームあんみつなどもあり、湯波の食事に続いて喫茶の時間を取れます。湯波料理を目的に来る人と、門前町の散策中に飲み物を取る人のどちらにも使える構成です。神橋や社寺へ向かう道の途中に位置するため、見学の前後に席で休む行程を組み合わせられます。
鉢石町のバス停と木曜日の営業
所在地は下鉢石町818。JR日光駅・東武日光駅から東武バスを使い、鉢石町で降りるとすぐです。駐車場は20台分あります。通常11～17時、ラストオーダー17時、定休日は木曜ですが、行楽シーズンには木曜も14時まで営業する場合があります。通常営業日と木曜の短い営業を区別し、社寺や宿の予定と食事の時間を合わせて訪ねられます。
日光市内で組み合わせる訪問先
山内の寺社は拝観券ごとに受付終了が異なり、門前町の昼食と合わせるなら先に見学の順序を決められます。神橋周辺の宿から輪王寺へは坂道を含む移動です。第2駐車場の受付時刻、湯波料理の注文時間、ホテルの夕食に合わせ、秋の夜間拝観を加える日も日中の行程と分けて組めます。

Yuba prepared in several ways
The main offering is a set meal using Nikko’s yuba, supplied by Fujiya and Ebiya. Several preparations present different ways to enjoy this soybean ingredient within one meal. It provides a seated lunch during a walk through the temple approach, rather than a single snack eaten on the move. Set aside mealtime before or after visiting the shrines and temples.
Prices from July 2026 and fresh yuba
Since July 1, 2026, the yuba set costs ¥2,700 and fresh yuba ¥1,300, including tax. Fresh yuba is a separate dish with a soft, creamy texture and can accompany the set. A set alone and one with the additional dish therefore produce different totals. Choose the individual set and any extra dish separately when planning the meal budget.
Coffee and sweets
Coffee is hand-dripped using Nikko water and selected beans. Tea and sweets such as cream anmitsu also allow refreshments after the yuba meal. The menu suits either a planned yuba lunch or a drink during a walk through the old approach. Its position along the route towards Shinkyo and the temple district makes a seated pause possible before or after sightseeing.
Bus access and Thursday arrangements
The restaurant is at 818 Shimohatsuishimachi, beside Hachiishimachi stop on Tobu buses from JR or Tobu Nikko stations. Twenty parking spaces are available. Ordinary opening is 11:00–17:00, last orders 17:00, with Thursday normally closed. It may instead serve until 14:00 on Thursdays during sightseeing seasons. Distinguish that shorter Thursday service from ordinary days when coordinating a meal with sightseeing or accommodation.
Other stops to combine within Nikko
Admission deadlines vary among the Sannai temples, so choose the order before fitting in a meal on the approach. Travel from accommodation near Shinkyo includes slopes. Coordinate the No. 2 parking reception, yuba meal orders and hotel dinner; selected autumn garden evenings need their own time beyond the daytime visit.

日光山輪王寺の一般乗用車専用駐車場。料金は時期により500～1,000円、予約不可、二輪・三輪不可で車の大きさによる制限もあります。受付は4～10月7時30分～16時、11～3月15時まで。積雪や落葉で開始が遅れたり、行事で利用できない場合があり、寺院の拝観締切とは別です。
